My nurse Shelby was amazing! I highly recommend her!!! She was so comforting and accommodating! The place was very relaxing and I could immediately tell a difference after receiving the immunity bag.

Excellent staff and significant results. I originally went because I had a bad dehydration headache along with body aches and nausea. I couldn't hold down water so I wasn't able to rehydrate or take any pain meds. I got the IRegenerate drip with Toradol (for the headache). By the time I left my headache was pretty much gone and felt fairly hydrated.
I went a second time just for a hydration boost and got the IRegenerate with a B12 + amino acid boost. Felt extra energetic for the rest of the day.

I came in this week having never heard such a place existed. I brought my son who was severely dehydrated after Norovirus and couldn't get his oomph back. I had just got off a flight from South America that day and was in a total fog of jet lag. He got some kind of a drip, a NAD shot and B12 shot and I got a NAD and B12 Shot. My husband couldn't believe the change in me when I got home. I liked it so much from this tiny toe dip experience that I want to sign up for a monthly drip for me and my husband and my children too!
It put a real pep in my step without a feeling of having taken something, Very special feeling.

I appreciate the quality of service your team provides, but I wanted to share a recent experience for improvement. I arrived at 3:50 PM, only to see the closed sign turned as I approached the door. It was clear this meant you were no longer accepting walk-ins, which I understand. However, I’ve received service at this time on another day, which led to confusion about your actual cut-off time for appointments. It would be helpful if your last appointment time was clearly posted to avoid such situations in the future. Consistency and communication go a long way in customer experience. Thank you!"

Our clinic closes at 4 PM on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays, and at 6 PM on Fridays, Saturdays, Sundays, and Mondays. Our last appointment slots are available 15 minutes before closing, at 3:45 PM or 5:45 PM, depending on the day. While we are typically unable to accept walk-ins after these times, if you have an appointment booked for the last reservation slot and are running behind, we encourage you to let us know you’re on your way, and we’ll do our best to accommodate your arrival.
We understand how important clear communication is and truly appreciate your suggestion to make this information more visible. We are actively reviewing ways to improve how we communicate our policies to avoid similar situations in the future.
