Great stay. The pool was very well maintained. Lot of open space to walk around in the morning. I booked in the night, found a bit difficult to locate the place but the host for very helpful in guiding and I reached the place seamlessly. Highly recommended if you are looking for a weekend getaway.

The place is not worth visiting at all. It is extremely dirty and specially the swimming pool. I had booked this place only to enjoy in the pool, but it was very dirty and the water is smelling. The A/cs of both the rooms are not working, so be prepared. The whole place is dimly lit. I had to wait at the gate and then search for the particular bundlow for 45 mins yesterday late evening, so be prepared that one should check in before 5pm. In short, I do not recomend anyone to book this place

Apart from the minor inconvenience of not being able to find where our assigned housing was, my friends and I had a wonderful stay here. The pool was clean, and the people were cordial. The food at the cafe was quite memorable too. As long you keep your expectations in check, you won’t be disappointed lodging here.

Amazing property, we all had lovely time here. There was full privacy and they were very help full. We had asked for little early check in, and they helped us with that. Really good service. thank you so much Krishna and Ankit. we will vist again very soon.

The overall stay was good, however the house should be more clean.
There should be more light outside the house. It was very scary the step outside without any lights during night. The grass outside the house should be cut as it ain't safe. We had great time in pool as it was big enough and well maintained. However,could be little more clean. Bedrooms were clean, good mattress, good linen. But pillows were bad, could be changed. None of the fan speed regulators are in function. We had hard time try changing the fan speed. The table fan was a good addition and it helped alot.

This was a complete scam! The place was nowhere close to what was shown in the photos.
Let me list the issues
Owner/Estate Manager: Not responsive at all....my cousin kept calling for directions for more than a hour, but the owner didn't respond. The estate manager was a house help who was no help!
Premises: A total pity and I think its a scam. Have taken video and photos. The toilets were dirty, soiled, broken. One of the toilets was not functional at all.
Rooms: The beds had bed bugs! There was no electricity in one part of the house.
Insects and bugs moving freely.
Swimming Pool: Loaded with chlorine to the extent the entire ground floor smelt of only chlorine.
We stayed less than 1.5 hours and packed up and left and I immediately cancelled our vacation on Airbnb.
The Host had no courtesy to call and check after such a horrid experience. But before we checked in , got us to sign umpteen pages (covering themselves against any risks, completely one sided document) Since we had already paid, there was no way out.
I have used Airbnb earlier, but this was the most terrible place.
Would not recommend using Airbnb going forward.

Noted your concerns ,pls find response
1) Payment - you will be eligible for refund, if you have not stayed..pls raise the request thru Airbnb..not sure why you have not done that already
2) Bad experience - This place is remotely managed and we had shared all the directions etc well in advance ..not sure if you had forwarded that with your cousin and your cousin could read and followed the instructions to reach the place
3) Power - This is a farm house and there is battery operated alternator which acts as a back up
4) Chlorine in the pool - The pool must have been sanitized ..so you need to wait for sometime before making an assessment
5) Plumbing issues - Agreed, we had issues in sending the plumber and the rains alleviated the situation..but guess there are 2 bathrooms in the property..so not you/your cousin were not left without option
6) Airbnb- Pls be mindful before using strong words against Airbnb, we have been hosting for long and operational issues do happen at times. Also beware that this is not a hotel with multiple staff around for the checkin ..so we need to follow all the rules in terms of documentation etc
Last but note the least, would pls mind returning the cartoon of inventories which was sent to your place in Bangalore, the value of that itself is more than what you paid for the place ...

Great for a group of friends. There is a restaurant 1 Km (1 mile) away though there is little help to find it. Communication with the host can be better and the help disappears as soon as you check in (which can be good or bad depending on your point of view).
Better to reach the place fully stocked up with snacks and food.
The pool was well maintained, and everything else (linen, toilet soaps etc.) were all well done.
No air-conditioners or ceiling fans - so consider weather. This area can get HOT.

It's a great villa with a private pool. There is a nice clubhouse where you can have lunch.
The area is quite secluded, with no one around. The pool is indoors ( when we arrived, the motor wasn't running, so the water was stagnant- which wasn't ideal. But we worked with it) Apart from that a great place at a great price! The hosts were quite helpful with the pool situation and tried to get it fixed, but it didn't work out. There is a network issue there, not the best network. So pre download your music and movies :) The drive to the place is quite scenic too!

When we first stumbled upon this place on AirBnB, it seemed almost too good to be true. There must be a catch! But everything was as perfect as it seemed online. Ankit is the most thoughtful, gracious host.
He provided us with all the information we needed and showed us around. The place is just perfect! Kitchen is compact and contains everything one needs for a short stay.
The communication was super easy and quick and the place looks exactly like it does on the pictures. The neighborhood is very conveniently located and the place is very quiet! Would absolutely recommend to stay there!
The mobile network was on the lower side. You can rejenuvate here by long walks around the place and lots of time on the pool.

The Good : The location is absolutely awesome if you want a quiet and private place. The house is tastefully built and the garden space is very nice.
The property and the restaurant are quite nice as well.
Improvements: Quality of furniture and fixtures could be better. Maintenance could be better
Overall a wonderful place, very quiet and peaceful. Definitely recommend for a quiet and peaceful stay.

The overall property is clean (toilet and kitchen can use some more maintenance) and secluded within the gated community. There are some small operational aspects that need attention, but makes for a decent getaway experience. The agency managing the property is communicative and very responsive. So that helps 👍🏽
