James is great. He knows the body so well and how it works / how everything is connected. He even has a monitor to show you what he's taking about to help you see where the muscles connect. This is all to say he's great at what he does and knows what he's talking about.
If something is super tight, he also gives some stretches to do at home so you can try to help yourself. He let's you know if he thinks he can't fix a specific ailment so you don't waste your time. He also asks for feedback on if you think something is working or if he maybe needs to go a different route. It's really nice to go to someone who knows what they're talking about as opposed to just a general massage that doesn't really do anything for you. I would definitely recommend James if you're looking for a massage therapist who can help you feel better.

My massages from James have made a big difference in my overall health. They have relieved chronic pain in my feet, knees, lower back, shoulders, and neck.

James is someone who takes into account what I express as a concern and works to address tension in those specific areas as well as incorporating work in synergist and antagonist muscles and has a great flow to his work instead of merely following an arbitrary general protocol.

James was very professional. He gave a very thorough therapeutic massage. He even gave me some stretching information to address my concerns. Thanks James!!

James is a great massage therapist. I received a deep tissue from a lingering injury and James really put the pressure to heal the area. He will also go over extensively on the root cause of the issue and form a accurate hypothesis of what the injury actually is. Highly Recommend.

On my first visit, James did a thorough history of some of the conditions I live with & performed some orthopedic tests. He then came up with a custom massage treatment for me & incorporated several techniques, including the Graston Technique using stainless steel instruments to break up scar tissue. The massage was absolutely wonderful & one of the best I’ve ever received. I’ll be a client for life.

James is AMAZING! I have been going to him for a few months now & it’s made such a difference. I truly wouldn’t recommend anyone else! He takes the time to educate you & modify your massages to exactly what your body needs! I’ve had multiple massages in the past & I promise it doesn’t get better than him! James is AMAZING!! It had been years since I received a great massage (too gentle, didn't listen to my personal concerns, weird energy- you get it). Needless to say, James has 100% changed my tune. He asked lots of questions up front, educated me on what might be going on anatomically, made me feel super comfortable (as he's a super lovely human apart from his magic hands) & ultimately gave me a personalized deep tissue massage that has my muscles singing! He really worked my pressure points and even sent me with some stretches/exercise so I could continue to improve certain areas at home. 10/10 will be back asap!

Massage is a regular part of my recovery as an athlete. As such, I’ve had 100s of massages over the years and there’s no doubt that James elite. I had a 90 min sports/deep tissue massage and it was amazing. He took time before the massage to discuss my issues and needs. He then catered the massage to fix me up. Highly recommended
