I used JC movers for an eviction move that we unfortunately had to conduct. They masterfully conducted the move and even gave very quick and good advice when we ran across some very questionable materials in the unit which led to police involvement. They kept their composure and maintained a very high level of professionalism throughout the entire process despite the risks. During a stressful time in orchestrating my long-distance move, JC Movers were a breath of fresh air. Darryl and his team were absolutely fantastic; accommodating, friendly, organized, prepared, professional, and super QUICK! Their efficiency and teamwork really made the first leg of my move a lot less worrisome. I am so grateful for their help, and I have nothing but praise for this moving company. 10/10 recommend!

Thank you to the moving team that put up with me lol. Everyone was great and honestly felt like family and or old friends during the move time but yet they kept everything professional. The moving team took time to carefully take care of my heavy furniture ( the men ( moving. Wow!!! Darryl is the absolute best. We had a very complicated move and he managed not only his team but helped me by relieving me of a whole lot of stress. Went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of and we were able to leave the city on time. Thank you!! These guys are the best, highly recommended.

If you don't want your stuff broke, do NOT use these guys. They broke my new $300.00 computer monitor as well as some other stuff. Not as expensive but still it's my stuff. I was inside and asked the young guy to turn the boxes so I can see the labels to know where things are and he did a couple but that's it and when I walked away, I heard him say "F you" to my back and there was no organization what so ever. He just stacked them anywhere. Very sloppy. They also wanted me to just stay in the apartment and I found that strange. So I went out to see how things were going and the guy on the truck would load up the dolly to bring it into the place and left the truck un-attended and my DeWalt drill sitting right by the door so someone can just walk up and take it while he was inside. I didn't like that at all. I'm also white and they're black. They were cheap and did save me some money but I'll never hire them again. Too much stuff broke especially my new monitor. You may be fine if you're black but white people beware. I thought the one guy was good until I saw where he left my drill out to be stolen instead of bringing it inside. Good luck if you try them as someone else below said the same thing about broken stuff, but I ignored it because they were cheap. Never again, that's for sure.

They were such good movers. Really helpful with everything. Very Nice guys. i had them moving my stuff carefully. I would definitely recommend them. If you’re moving or Relocating to another state.

Well, they did it again. JC Movers moved our belongings to storage at the beginning of September and did a great job. On November 4th and 5th, they brought our belongings from storage to our new home. These four guys did such a wonderful job. They were so careful with all our belongings and considerate of what our needs were. They were personable, efficient and quick both times. I would recommend them to anyone who needs quality movers!!!

Hired them to do a labor only move and man oh man was it worth it!!!! Extremely communicative and thoughtful at every part of the process. Willie and his team showed up and got right to work, helping us during the process, and finished right at the allotted time. Way, way cheaper than other movers that quoted me and worth their weight in gold. If I weren't hiring them to pack me up to leave Chicago I'd hire them to the end. HIRE THIS COMPANY!!!
