So grateful for Jen! She is so sweet with our pups and you can tell she genuinely loves animals. She is flexible and detail oriented. She sent frequent pictures to keep us updated on how our dogs were doing when we left them for the first time. ❤️

We were in a bind and called Jen. We have never used a pet sitter before and she made us feel very comfortable and at ease so we could enjoy our trip. She took such great care of our Birdie girl. 5 stars is not enough to give Jen.

My two babies (a 72lb pittie and 20lb poodle mix) love staying with Jen’s Pet Sitting Service! We always get daily updates with photos showing how happy my babies are with their stay! Jen was a blessing to us to pet sit our newly adopted kitty, Bear. She has such a warm heart for animals. Sends a picture every day along with comments about him. He needed some medical attention while we were out of town & she took care of it for us. We will definitely use her services again. Plus she has a great personality too.

We go away almost once a month. Jen is willing to keep our dogs at her home so they do not feel lonely. They look forward to the break! Then she will feed our 5 cats at our house. When we get home all is well. We love her service!

Jen is fantastic with our dog Ziggi! She is always happy to see him, and he feels the same way about her! Her home is always in order and clean and I always feel comfortable leaving Ziggi in her care. On several occasions when we have been in a pinch timewise, she has been kind enough to meet us at the truckstop at 210 and 95 so that we didn’t have to drive all the way to Green Cove. She sends pictures of Ziggi throughout the time we are away, and it is evident that he is made to feel as part of the family. I highly recommend Jen ‘s services.

AMAZING pet-sitter!! She was able to watch my two ducks and DIAPER them! I was very nervous leaving my two ducks for a week with a new person, but Jen communicated with me daily, each time she went over, and sent me pics each time. She was very patient and understanding whenever I asked any questions and displayed a love for my animals (even when they were little biting jerks 😅). Not only did she show immense care for my animals, but also for us while we were on vacation! She is truly amazing with animals and I feel immense relief knowing I found someone to watch my ducks whenever I go away. ❤️

Jen is amazing! She was able to take us in on short notice after our first plans fell through. She and her family treated my babies like their own. I didn’t think it was possible but I believe our pup came back a “good-er” boy after we left him with Jen and her family.
Longer version:
Our family likes to go on vacation (shocking I know) but we have been apprehensive these last couple years, due to the addition of our golden doodle.
We tried a couple different services but never felt truly comfortable leaving him alone for extended periods of time (1 week+). That is until we were recommended Jen’s Pet Sitting Service.
Pros:
- Convenient (at least for us) to drop and/or pick back up from her place of employment
- VERY CLEAN. Taking into account the number of animals they board, it’s almost suspicious (haha)
- Lots of updates with pictures
- Lots of socializing (our pup def needed it)
- I’d go on but this review is long enough as it is.
Cons:
- Your pet might not want to come back home.

Jens Pet Sitting Service is awesome. We were away over a week and left Oliver, our dog in great hands as she attended to our dog with special senior needs. Oliver felt like he was never caged up and received love throughout his entire stay. My wife and I highly recommend Jen's!
