Easy to deal with and delivery was no fuss

Ordering on-line was simple and delivery was prompt with the logs being packed in a sealed builders' bag which was ideal. My only criticism is that despite requesting it, I did not receive notification of the delivery date. Fortunately I was home when the logs arrived. Otherwise it would have been a five star review.

Brilliant service, living in a middle terraced house, I can only really have nets of logs and bags of coal, I’m getting on a little now and they always bring it down the back alleyway for me, and stack it where I want. So helpful and always pleasant. Wouldn’t go anywhere else. Quite good value for money too.

Used this coal merchant for quite a few years. Always delivered on time. Clear pricing. If you go to the yard in person, they are helpful and polite. Always easy to order over the phone, again polite and helpful. I've also ordered through their website, same delivery and service. The coal delivery person is alway respectful of our property. Highly recommend them for your solid fuel needs.

Cannot fault the service provided - 5* - but follow-up emails are getting rather monotonous, particularly as all we have is a small muti-fuel burner rather than Ratcliffe Power Station to fuel up, and won't need any more fuel until the New Year.
