Joe and his team fitted a whole set of new wooden sash windows to our Devon cottage and they were fantastic from start to finish. We visited them first in their workshop - no problem. The windows were then all in on time and they look just great. He also managed to colour match the windows to match the outside trim which we are very pleased about. And he fixed our door. His team fitted the windows so well that there was virtually no interior touch up afterwards - a pleasant surprise. And they were a nice bunch of guys! I can't recomend them highly enough.

I needed to get some traditional windows (casement and sash) refurbished and a quite unusual hopper window replaced in my grade 2 listed property in South East Devon. I consulted several providers and chose Joe’s company based on his experience and my first impressions of him. It has been a lengthy process as listed building consent was required and then a lengthy order process as these guys are very busy but I was happy to wait as I always prefer a great job rather than a rushed one. Joe kept me informed throughout the work and provided photographs and commentary as they completed each window. I am delighted to say they have done a great job and I am very pleased with the end result . Additionally they were very tidy and left my property as they found it each time they visited. When you live in a conservation area and decide that you need to replace five 3.25m x 1.4m sash windows there is always going to be an 'ouch' moment when you first open the quotation! However 8 months later, after enduring a cold and windy spring/summer and now autumn, we now count our blessings that we chose Joinery Solutions SW to fulfil the contract. It was important that the new windows matched the exact style of the original ones and at the outset we were told that these would be the largest windows they have manufactured to date. However after a good number of site visits to double and triple check all the measurements those challenges just meant that the whole team worked harder to give us 100% satisfaction with the finished article. Our new windows look superb and function brilliantly, to the extent that we now consider the overall cost as very good value. Joe, Bryan and Brandon all did a fabulous job and we highly recommend anyone considering upgrading their windows to put Joinery Solutions SW at the very top of their list.

Joe and his team have installed a lot of beautiful new sash windows at the back of my house, to replace old, defective and ugly UPVC units. They have been transformational from an aesthetic perspective, both internally and externally, but I can now see outside again and am draft free! The quality and craftsmanship are excellent. Joinery Solutions SW have made an excellent job of replacing our very large, single glazed Victorian sash windows at the front of the house with double glazed ones. We live at the end of a terrace of four where all the windows are the original shape with curved inner corners in the upper windows; I did not want to have a different window style that would spoil the look of our shared terrace, so had to find a specialist joinery company. I can happily report that after a session of meticulous measuring up, Joinery Solutions SW produced and installed beautifully crafted and smooth functioning double glazed sash windows fitted with draught seals, new pulley ropes and adjusted or replacement weights. All work was completed from the inside of the house too - so no need for scaffolding - and with minimal mess and disruption. The team also went to a lot of trouble to source us the style of window furniture we preferred. I am now looking forward to a warmer and much less draughty winter. If aesthetics, quality, and a friendly and reliable service are important to you when choosing a joinery service, I would definitely recommend Joinery Solutions SW.

Joe was absolutely great today and quickly and efficiently repaired a casement window which was failing to shut correctly. This window is two floors up in a tall, listed building and not that easy to access, in fact it looked quite perilous to me! I was incredibly impressed and would totally recommend Joe who was so helpful and easy to deal with throughout.

The Osborne Apartments have used Joinery Solutions for several years, looking after our 46 rental apartments within a Grade ll* listed building. Over the years they have replaced some of our sash windows, but also fixed broken panes, sash cords and weights. Joe and his team are true craftsmen and take care of everything. Joe and his team have done a great job replacing the doors on our Environment Agency river gauging stations in Bovey and Chudleigh. The Accoya wood used should stand up to the damp conditions at each site for many years to come. I would highly recommend them, especially for bespoke jobs at an excellent price.
