Jomashop doesn't like returns. Recently bought 2 watches. They were delivered without any problems. When trying to return a third watch; Jomashop presented obvious hurdles: The return software prevented filing a return. On inputting the transaction i.d. number; you received an error message indicating the number was not recognized. On checking the internet, I found a multitude of consumers with a similar experience. I conclude that the return process is a sham. I called them and was told they would review my return request and get back to me. They didn't. So, I called, was told I could return the watch, that they would send me a return label then deduct $13.75 for their trouble. After several days, they emailed acknowledging their acceptance of my return indicating a return address label was attached. The return label attachment was missing. After more calls, I gave up and sent my watch back paying UPS much more $ than the $13.75 quoted me. I recommend making sure you want the watch before buying it from Jomashop.

Good prices; quick to ship. Accurate and meaningfully complete product descriptions on their webpage. ******** is a model for ********* businesses to follow. The BBB ratings here will be strongly skewed negative. The inordinate amount of personal information they collect to leave this review makes it unlikely a casual reviewer, such as myself, will bother to remark on a satisfactory purchase. 5 stars for Jomashop; 2 stars for BBB policy that selects for strongly motivated -- dissatisfied -- customers.

Horrible customer service.I ordered an item Order #******** and paid with Applecard and delivery was sent to address on apple card which isnt address on file on Jomashop.I called Jomashop but they refused to do anything but pay for another ************ was excellent and requested ******** calls them to give permission to change the address and its a free service. JOMASHOP SAID THEY WONT! Similar issue with ****** and their customer service went over and beyond to get the address changed. Shameful.

Beware! I am extremely dissatisfied with Jomashop's customer service. They talk a good game about how important customer satisfaction is to them but that is all it is-talk. I purchased a Baume & Mercier watch as a replacement for an almost identical watch which I had purchased from them in November 2023 which had been lost for months. The second watch was taken from its box, tried on for size (it was too big) and immediately put back in the box in anticipation of going to a jeweler to have links taken out of the band. Ironically, we found the original watch the next day and subsequently got authorization from Jomashop to return the new watch. When Jomashop received the watch they responded that it was not eligible for return because of scratches on the band and bezel. Neither my wife, nor I, did anything to cause these scratches. The watch was never worn. One cannot help but wonder if someone at Jomashop put these scratches on it to avoid having to grant a full refund of the purchase price. In a subsequent discussion with a customer service representative, she was very cold and impersonal and offered a partial refund, charging a 15% "restocking fee" on a take it or leave it basis. I took it because we have no use for two nearly identical watches. I will never deal with Jomashop again because I do not trust them and they have demonstrated a cold indifference to their customers. BEWARE!

This is the first time I purchased from Jomashop.com. I am super disappointed. All 3 of the *** perfumes smell didnt last for a second. One of them doesnt even smell. Might as well spray water on yourself. Since I opened them, their policy says no refund. So buy at your own risk. The bottles are nice to look at, thats it. Dont waste your money.

Stay away from this job Pros:Work is from Mon - Fri Cons:Manager is the worst person he is such a liar always lying on everything he treats everybody like slaves making everyone work late harrassing them once you go inside the warehouse there is signs everywhere no CellPhone at all you supposed to leave it on your locker so in case of emergency you will be the last one to know No jewelry allowed and no Food or drinks allowed Advice to Management:They should appreciate more their workers

I ordered a watch for my sons 18th birthday on Wednesday night. Typically, the processing is quick, and I receive a shipping confirmation shortly after. However, after several days passed with no updates, I decided to contact their customer service by filling out the inquiry form on their website. I submitted two forms and both times received the same vague response: my order hadnt been approved, with no further explanation provided.After trying for a third time without success, I decided to call. When I spoke to a representative, she seemed empathetic and acknowledged the delay, saying, Wow, this has been a long time. Let me find out whats going on. She then informed me that my order had just been processed. I asked if the watch was on backorder, and she confirmed that it was. I questioned why I was allowed to place the order without being notified of the backorder status, but she didnt have an answer.She then asked if I wanted to expedite the shipment to have it sent out the next day, and I inquired about any help they could offer since it was a birthday gift that was already delayed. Instead of offering any assistance, she quoted the expedited shipping prices. When I mentioned that it had already been more than three business days since I ordered, she insisted that they were still within their 1-3 business day window. I explained that Thursday was business day one, Friday was day two, Monday was day three, and we were after shipping hours on on day four, with the item still needing to be sent to the warehouse for actual shipment on day ******* that point, there was silence on the phone. She didnt offer any further help, nor did she show any empathy for the situation. *** never had issues with this vendor before, but this experience has left a bad impression. Not only were my three attempts via the website ignored, but my fourth attempt over the phone resulted in the same lack of assistance. Reconsidering whether Ill do business with them again.

**** - DO NOT PURCHASE ****** at **************** needs to learn some basic manners on how to talk to customers; I recently purchased a watch from Jomashop.com and paid for a two day delivery. After a few days I called to check the shipping status and the customer service agent informed me that the item will be shipped the next day. After waiting for 3 more days I still had not received the watch. They claim they handed the item to the tracking company and only offered the option to launch a 2-3 week investigation. I needed this watch before my travel and still haven't received yet.

Very large selection of items....and very poor customer service. They seem to have mastered the art of taking payment for items with estimated shipping dates that they miss by weeks. When you reach out to customer service they either ignore you entirely or reply with useless generic information that answers none of your questions. I used to be a strong supporter of this company but will no longer do business with them after my most recent purchase.Placed order on 9/1/24...."ships in 1-2 weeks".....$68.95 purchase price.Jomashop emails me on 9/15/24 with claim my order will ship by 9/15/24 I submit a customer service request on 9/20/24 since the item has not shipped...AND is selling for $49.95 currently on their own website and ask for the price reduction since it has not ********** response from customer service but I "magically" get a ship notification later on 9/20/24 As of 9/24/24 this item still has not reached the possession of **** and the items is now selling for $44.99.I find this sales tactics highly suspect and unfair to the buyer.

This company has absolutely the WORST customer service to the point the customer service Representative HOPE is screaming at me through email because they failed to provide me a watch a ordered (order got lost) or simply wasnt sent at ALL and i filed a dispute with ****** to get my loan dissolved. HORRIBLE way to manage a situation where they take no responsibility or accountability will never shop here again.

I order a few colognes on July 16 and one of the items apparently was out of stock. After a month they sent me an email saying the item was out of stock and I could swap it for another or canceled. I decided to swap it for another item. I tried several times to contacted them and asking for updates without any response. Yoday I decided to call them *** inquiry about the item. The cusitomer service reporesentative who's name is ***** told me that the item was out of stock and tomorrow they will receive a shipment with that itme and in the next 2 to 4 business days I will receive an email with update about my shipment. I asked ***** to speakwith a manager and they dont have a manager today available. Two coincidences already. I asked ***** if they had something to compensated cusitmers when something like that happened and ***** told me no and that the other customer service representative should have told me that item ws out of stock. She sound like she had somethingin her mouth and she was very rude to me. Three minus points for Jomashop. I hope she gets fired and I as other disitisfied customers can get any help form someone who put these people in place and trianed better their supposedly customer service representatives.

I recently purchased a watch from Jomashop.com. After a few days I called to check the shipping status and the customer service agent informed me that the item will be shipped the next day. After a week I still had not received the watch. There was a shipping label created but **** claimed they were never handed the item. I called Jomashop again and asked them to cancel my order. They claim they handed the item to **** and only offered the option to launch a 2-3 week **** investigation. This watch was meant to be a birthday gift and the birthday has passed. Now I am afraid that Jomashop is just using this as an excuse to charge my credit card and not deliver the watch that I purchased. Also, I believe the **** insurance is only $100 for this watch, which is a fraction of my original purchase price.
