After hearing about the CLJA in 2023, I realized that I was one of those veterans stationed at Camp Lejeune doing the time period mentioned. I have suffered from several illnesses associated with the contamination. After searching out a law firm to handle my claim, I decided to go with Timothy Young Law Firm. The firm has been very helpful by keep me informed of what’s going on with my claim. I feel that they got my back by trying to get me the best result when the Navy decided to settled my claim. Almost was caught in scam 2/29/2024 with text messages DocuSign verification codes along with emails popping in between 5 to 7 minutes apart, 10 messages in 1 hour...

I am pleased and satisfied with the Young Law Firm. Anytime I call, I always get a live person and not a recording with five different prompts. Normally, I always talk to Lea, but sometimes I might talk to someone who is also very knowledgeable and up to date on the facts. Josh Marino is a very personable attorney, knowing he was on my side was always reassuring. Who ever wants to be in a position where an attorney is necessary? The answer to that is no one, but Josh handled all the heavy lifting and made matters as painless as possible!

Horrible law firm

Don’t let the 4.7 reviews fool you. Lawyers are scary but really I think they just worked an inside deal behind my back. Never call you when their supposed to. They lie about EVERYTHING to you. When their working for you. Please go somewhere else or you will be disappointed.

I called this firm because of the reviews and it seemed like a good fit for my situation but once I called and spoke with Josh the attorney that was not the case at all he was not helpful and seemed a bit annoyed yet rude was telling how my case was a hard case to prove and how he will not be able to help me because it happened in another state and stated that he would recommend me with someone where I was located at the moment although I am from N.O. btw he never recommended anyone he really discouraged me into not filing a claim because I figured everyone will feel the same way then at the end of our conversation he said if I’m ever in N.O. and need assistance give them a call of course I won’t especially if I would have to deal with him just a FYI the receptionist was very pleasant sorry I forgot her name

I will highly recommend THE YOUNG FIRM , as an injured (serious hand injury) sailor, I am losing hope till Mr. Timothy J. Young took my case. I appreciated everything that he's done for me and my family. I also wanted to extend my thanks to Mr. Joseph B. Marino III, Ms.Lise , Ms. Lea and to all the staff. My case is complicated since I lived overseas but I never felt far since they are very responsive with my emails and calls,they are very professional ,friendly and humble. I am posting this to whoever injured seaman that may have read this and looking for a good lawyer. I am telling you, they are the best :)
