Adam was a Great guide. My son and went on a fly fishing trip about 6 years ago, so we had a basic knowledge of what to do, but forgot so much. Adan was very patient and not not only showed us different techniques, but explained why to use each depending on the location. We had some great conversations getting to know each other. We really enjoyed our time and would highly recommend using Adam for your experience. Thanks for the Blessing of Spiritual connections with a fellow Christian.

What a great guide this guy is . Me and my son both had a great time as beginners to fly fishing. Was super patient with kids and fished with him more so so I could fish as well. {Dad's you know what I'm talking about fishing with your kids.} Put us on some fish and made sure we both caught some fish. Adam was extremely knowledgeable and also incredibly patient with me, which allowed me relax, learn at my own pace, and have a great day out on the water. Adam and Tony were awesome guides! They were great with my young sons and older parents. Very patient! They had all the gear, food, drinks, and local stream spots. Very organized and dedicated to the sport. Highly recommend for people all ages and hobbies.

Adam was very friendly and incredibly knowledgeable. He gave us step by step instructions, practice time out of the water & constant assistance & tips while in the water. He provided all necessary gear and equipment and an excellent lunch. It was an extremely enjoyable day and a wonderfully interesting learning experience. I had a fantastic first time fly fishing experience and training with Adam/Journey on the Fly. My best friend and I have been talking about trying fly fishing for years and this was a wonderful opportunity to learn from Adam about the tools, gear, water dynamics and culture associated with fishing. Journey on the Fly was a professional organization. The instructor took the time to teach you how to fish and really cared about the fish. We enjoyed our experience and would do it again.

Adam and Jack were both excellent guides as well as instructors. Teaching you how to improve flyfishing skills was as important to them as catching fish. To his credit, Adam has avoided contracting for a private fishing locations, opting instead to find locations that customers can come back to fish with their new skills.

I was new to fly fishing. Adam and Tony were top shelf guides. They are knowledgeable about all things fly fishing and the area we fished and provided tremendous level of individual attention and patience to our group. I highly recommend them.

A wonderful fly fishing experience in PA on the Little J! Adam is knowledgeable, friendly and warm, as well as patient with beginners. He is a wealth of wisdom on fish and fly fishing. His assistant Tony was also pleasant and helpful. Adam took care of all equipment and accommodations to make our experience easy and stress free. We had 2 fantastic days of fishing, many laughs and even caught a bunch of fish. I would call Adam again in the future for another fishing outing. Thanks Adam!

My husband and I had an absolutely brilliant day fishing with Adam as our guide. He took us to a beautiful, pristine location on Penns Creek. We couldn't have asked for a more perfect day, weather was glorious and me being the novice, Adam set about helping me improve my backcast, offering good tips and tricks. I had an absolute blast. Adam was sooo easy to work with, very personable, relaxed, incredibly patient, all in all just a lovely human! Adam also offered great advice to my husband (who's been fly fishing for years) and got him euro-nympthing, which he loved, and he caught a nice 16" rainbow trout. We totally recommend Journey on the Fly Guide Service, you won't be disappointed!

Adam was a great guide ! Super informative on the style of fly fishing I was trying to learn and he put me on fish! I was able to take away a new style of fishing for which I can use on all my trout chasing adventures! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!!
