It’s always distressing when your car has been in an accident, but my interactions with you JS have been exceptional. Special shout out to the reception team, especially Ollie. Both the employees at reception were so polite, helpful, reassuring and so responsive. My interactions with the reception team has been by far the best. Excellent customer service and brilliant communication skills demonstrated by both. The manager in the repair hub also super helpful, I had a few missing bolts and they rectified it immediately, I respect there are many cars being repaired but they quickly fixed my car in less than 20 minutes and I was on my way again. The gentleman who washed my car - one of the best valets that car has ever seen in my opinion. Excellent service all round

This company carried out a no fault repair on my van. They were helpful in accommodating my need to keep the van until the parts arrived rather than leave it with them. It was nice to have some old fashioned customer service, where they rang me to make arrangements rather than impersonal on-line instructions. The repair was completed to a high standard and quickly. The receptionist and mechanics all seemed happy in their work which tells me this is a good company.

Fantastic service. Very customer satisfaction focused. Excellent work results. No qualms in recommending this company, which is unusual for me. My vehicle went in for collision damage to the front end near side. After initial inspection body parts were placed on order, taking five working days to arrive. Once they received the parts work commenced and my vehicle was ready for collection three working days later. The repairs were highly satisfactory and on collection, my vehicle looked as pristine as the day I collected it brand new from a dealership four years ago.

Have just had a car repair completed by these guys in Forest Hill. First let me say that Carla and Ashleigh in reception are 2 diamonds! As for the the guys on the shop floor well I can say they all know their onions when it comes to professional repairs , paintwork and prep was spot on! Car is like new , when I had a wee after work niggle Craig the manager was on the ball right away and with one call got the problem sorted!! Great work from all at forest hill !!! ☘️☘️☘️

I called the Forest Hill branch today and Carla (I hope I have her name correct) was the kindest, friendliest, most compassionate person ever! When my mum was let down massively by enterprise I gave her a call as a last ditch attempt to secure a courtesy car for my disabled dads needs whilst his is being fixed due to two non driver fault incidents (check your mirrors when reversing people!) she was a gem! She done everything within her power to 1; find our booking 2; ensure that we were able to get a courtesy car even moved our booking to another garage to insure we had a car to facilitate his needs. Nothing was too much trouble! JS Coachworks give this girl a raise! She is a gem and a great asset to your team! From the bottom of my heart thank you!

My BMW X3 was invoved in a no blame fire while parked at the Long Stay car park at London Heathrow airport. The fire damage was restricted to the rear boot area of the vehicle. I am so impressed and absolutely delighted with the repairs carried out by JSC. Jack is totally reliable, kept me fully informed of progress and any problems, delays etc. The finished result is absolutely amazing and it is difficult to believe that the vehicle was involved in a fire. I can not recommend JS Coachworks too highly. Thank you for a magnificent job.

I have today received my vehicle after some cosmetic repair work after a no-fault scratch. The job is immaculate, incredibly polite and professional pick-up and delivery of my car - great many thanks to the whole team for excellent service and high quality repairs - can't tell the difference!
