I used JS Coachworks for a fairly big repair job on my car door and chassis. They did the job through my insurance and kept me up to date with every stage of the work with thorough communication, all calls accompanied by an email follow up so there was a paper trail. Really friendly staff, excellent customer service and they did such a good job on my car. Courtesy vehicle was great and every part of the process was smooth. Highly recommend!!

It’s always distressing when your car has been in an accident, but my interactions with you JS have been exceptional.

Special shout out to the reception team, especially Ollie. Both the employees at reception were so polite, helpful, reassuring and so responsive. My interactions with the reception team has been by far the best. Excellent customer service and brilliant communication skills demonstrated by both.

The manager in the repair hub also super helpful, I had a few missing bolts and they rectified it immediately, I respect there are many cars being repaired but they quickly fixed my car in less than 20 minutes and I was on my way again.

The gentleman who washed my car - one of the best valets that car has ever seen in my opinion.

This company carried out a no fault repair on my van. They were helpful in accommodating my need to keep the van until the parts arrived rather than leave it with them. It was nice to have some old fashioned customer service, where they rang me to make arrangements rather than impersonal on-line instructions. The repair was completed to a high standard and quickly. The receptionist and mechanics all seemed happy in their work which tells me this is a good company.

My vehicle went in for collision damage to the front end near side. After initial inspection body parts were placed on order, taking five working days to arrive. Once they received the parts work commenced and my vehicle was ready for collection three working days later. The repairs were highly satisfactory and on collection, my vehicle looked as pristine as the day I collected it brand new from a dealership four years ago.
