We just finished the Pearl Harbor tour and really enjoyed it. Our tour guide, Robert Gower, explained the process very well and as an added bonus, explained some very interesting facts about the island during our shuttle ride. He was very knowledgeable and engaging. Highly recommend!

Finny was awesome! He was very knowledgeable and added a lot of history to the tour. He also made sure everyone understood the expectations and rules of Pearl Harbour. As someone not from the U.S.A it was not only helpful but appreciated. Mahalo Finny!

The tour bus was clean, comfortable and on time. But most importantly, our tour guide, Anthony, was extremely knowledgeable about the history of Pearl Harbor and its impact on the local Hawaiian community. He also provided a number of helpful suggestions for navigating the Pearl Harbor Memorial experience. If visiting Honolulu, this is a must to visit on your itinerary.

The driver Finny was so knowledgeable about the history of Pearl Harbor he was friendly and on time. It doesn’t get much better.

The tour guide was funny and warm. The small group was lovely. The tour was the perfect amount of time - four hours is plenty to do everything and watch the memorial film. Communication was spot on.

We booked this tour while on a cruise ship. Pick up was on time tour was excellent guide was terrific and it was an extremely good value. I strongly recommend this tour for anyone visiting on a cruise ship.

I just want to say i am ONLY giving this a five star review for the tour guide CHARLIE. He was the joy of the ride, made everything comfortable, funny and professional. Best tour guide could’ve had. This five stars belongs to Charlie. I am disappointed to find out as a veteran to a memorial of fallen soldiers and remembrance of soldiers at the blasphemy this company over charged. I asked the prices for the tickets to see if these previous reviews are true. Yes, they are. As a veteran all of the tickets for my husband and i were either free or discounted. The boat ride for the USS Arizona was in fact only a $1. For the extreme undeserving pricing of this tour (which if i was rating the company itself I would give negative stars if possible for the shame and the lack of integrity this company reflects) my review is not for the company but for my tour guide Charlie in hopes he will see this and know his value to the company is priceless. Thank you Charlie for all you are doing, and the education you have given my husband and I. Thank you.

We made a great decision to book our USS Arizona Memorial tour with Karma Tours. Our guide, Robert G, was friendly and so knowledgeable, not only about the Memorial itself, but also the sites and locales on the way to and from the Memorial. We also visited Punchbowl Crater, the site of the National Memorial Cemetery of the Pacific, as well as the Honolulu Historical District. We have so many ideas of other places in Honolulu that we want to explore because of the information that Robert shared. He is professional, articulate, down to earth, and an absolute treasure!

I am beyond outraged and disgusted by my experience with Karma Tour Company. What was supposed to be a day filled with excitement and beauty turned into one of the most infuriating and disappointing experiences of my life. Let me start with the bus driver, Finny, who was absolutely vile. From the moment we boarded, he was aggressive, rude, and downright hostile. His terrible attitude created such an uncomfortable environment that it completely ruined the day before it even began. How can a company allow someone so unprofessional and disrespectful to interact with paying customers? But that wasn’t even the worst part. The company blatantly ripped us off, charging an outrageous $118 for what was essentially a glorified taxi service. For that price, all they did was drive us to the location and hand us a ticket that we could have bought ourselves for $1. ONE DOLLAR! No tour, no guidance, no value whatsoever. It’s like they didn’t even try to hide the fact that they were scamming us. If you're staying on Waikiki Beach, do yourself a favor and don’t make the same mistake I did. You can take an Uber for a fraction of the cost and skip the miserable experience altogether. I’m kicking myself for not reading the reviews beforehand because this company is nothing more than a scam, plain and simple. What should have been a beautiful, memorable day was completely destroyed by horrible service, rude staff, and shady business practices. Avoid Karma Tour Company like the plague. They are a total scam, and you deserve so much better!

Nous sommes 3 amies qui avons fait cette activité Pearl Harbor dans le cadre de vacances à Hawaii. Finny était notre guide et je vous souhaite d’avoir ce guide pour cette excursion. Finny est organisé, structuré et planifié du tout début de l’activité jusqu’à la fin. Il nous a pris en charge avec entrain, dynamisme et grand professionnalisme,. Il a pris le temps de répondre à nos questions, nous a raconté l’histoire de Pearl Habor et nous a accompagné du début jusqu’à la fin de l’activité. C’est un gentlemen. Pearl Harbour tour is not necessary!! Everything there is free including the boat ride. Don’t be fooled by the “boat tickets included”. You can make a reservation for tickets for 1$ a head of time and purchase a multi media tour once you arrive at pearl harbour and that will be information you can listen to while you are there because there is no tour guide. The only thing your really paying for is the ride from downtown Waikiki however it would be cheaper to take an Uber! Our tour guide was nice and funny but not worth the money AT ALL. Rent a car or take an Uber.

Anthony was great . He was very knowledgeable and friendly . Unfortunately prior to his arrival , we were greeted by another tour guide for the same company who gave us misinformation about where to wait . She was also pretty rude in telling us that she was not our guide and that another person would be coming . If she would have gotten over herself , she could have guided us correctly and probably with a much better attitude. Thankfully we got Anthony otherwise I’d probably would have not enjoyed the tour.
