As someone in the jewelry and gemstone business, I must say that this establishment’s customer service leaves much to be desired. If they treat people in the trade so poorly, I can only imagine how they deal with regular customers. Their attitude is unprofessional, and their prices are neither fair nor fixed. The gold rates they offer are significantly higher than the current market rate, and their breakdown for custom ring orders doesn’t make any logical sense. Additionally, they buy back jewelry at a rate 40% lower than its value, which is simply unreasonable. It feels as though they believe they’re doing you a favor just by serving you. The staff, unfortunately, seem full of pride and lack the basic humility needed in retail. Making charges is a scam One particular issue is the lady with glasses who shouldn’t be allowed to handle new customers, as she’s bound to drive them away. The only person in this store who leaves a positive impression is the security guard. I can’t recommend this place at all. There are so many jewellers in Brampton/Mississauga to be given a chance

DO NOT ENTER IF YOU ARE YOUNG. Terrible experience with the lady salesperson with glasses. She spoke to us rudely and disrespectfully, tried to pressurize us into buying, made us feel bad about asking questions about price breakdown. Advising new comers and young people against this store!

I visited a Karol Bagh jeweler twice, based on my brother's recommendation. Unfortunately, I had a poor experience with a salesperson/partner, who appeared to be around 40 years old and might be the son or nephew of the owner, Madan Lal. While Madan Lal is always soft-spoken, pleasant, and cheerful, this other individual was consistently rude and unpleasant. Initially, I thought he might have been having a bad day, but my second visit confirmed his mean demeanor.
