Bought a ford focus from Adrian and Craig customer service is fantastic from both of them they really care about their customers and also make sure that you are happy with the deal. After having a bad experience with other car sales it was great to be treated with respect also I was offered a cracking px deal on the new car. This is the first time I have delt with Adrian and Craig but it won't be the last

Picked up my new (to me) Ford Focus Titamium yesterday evening and have had the best day driving around in it today. I was almost hoping for problems at work just so I had an excuse to drive somewhere else! Perfect car for me, just as Craig assured me it would be. I was completely overwhelmed and daunted by the whole car-buying thing, but he did all the hard work with sorting finance, etc. and made the whole transaction easy and worry-free. I will definitely be going back when its time for another change.

Picked up my new car today which I'm so pleased with, the service I received from both Craig and Adrian was amazing, they are such friendly helpful guys who really do go above and beyond and made the whole process feel easy! When we went to view the car, Craig showed us around, he was so respectful and non pushy and just wanted to make sure the car was right for me and I was happy with my purchase! I have just arrived back in Leicestershire after buying a 2010 Merc S Class from Adrian and Craig at TCM autosales. The car was fabulous to drive and was exactly as described. Craig was really helpful on my registration change and Adrian couldn't have been more helpful in the sales process if he tried, no hard sell at all. I am not connected to this business in any way, but I would definitely reccommend them if looking to change your car.
