Terrible customer service talked me into going paperless , never told me my insurance was going to lapse , they said they did but sent it ti wrong email. How bout a simple phone call ?

Received my old policy in the mail and called Sal at Keller to ask if we could look into a policy which would suit me better and lower my pricing since my life circumstances had changed.
