We have used Kew Forest on numerous occasions with great results. We love Tommy who has been willing to come in emergencies etc and always has the expertise and kindness to fix what needs fixing and to do it in a professional manner. Thanks to him and Bruno esp for our latest boiler fix! Thoroughly recommend Kew Forest!!

This is a new construction building and most breaks or are done in a rush or lack of knowledge. Being without a sink for 6 weeks is a looong time. Today Tommy and AJ fixed a very poorly installed sink. But they solved it and look!!! We will most definitely come back if another problem comes up (it will). Thanks boys!!! Fast, sharp and nice is what they were. I recommend them highly.

Tommy came promptly for an emergency visit over the Thanksgiving holiday weekend when our heat went off and it was in the low 30's. He was thorough and was able to determine the problem quickly and fix it. He also made sure our radiators were working and made some suggestions to improve the heating system. Kew Forest plumbing and heating offers consistent, reliable professional service. This is my third time using them with all the confidence in the world. Tommy and AJ are courteous and skilled tradesmen. They replaced and installed a new gas boiler in a timely and efficient manner. No mess! Great work! Before leaving they made sure everything was running well. In addition the electrician who also installed our new thermostat and took care of our boiler’s electric work was also great. This goes to show that the contractors Kew Forest Plumbing and Heating surround themselves with are as professional and good. I highly recommend Kew Forest plumbing and heating. Tommy came and helped us getting our boiler working again. The smart thermostat stopped working with our old style boiler. Tommy was able to figure out a way around to make it work. He fixed another issue 2 years ago, a true miracle worker. Tommy and his Key Forest teammates are always very knowledgeable, professional and courteous. They are my go to shop, extremely happy with them.

Good communication and fair prices but poor work. I had a new sink and faucet installed in Dec 2021, and just today had to pay $300 to another plumber to fix their sloppy installation. Less than 3 years after Kew-Forest did my plumbing there were parts entirely corroded due to incorrect installation, creating a leak that disrupted the entire sink area. Disappointing for a licensed plumbing team. I would not hire them again.

Tommy and AJ were phenomenal! They took on a huge job and got it done quickly and with minimal impact on the surrounding areas of the house.

Said 12 to 4 and came exactly at 12. They were very professional and funny! They solved the issue of a clog in or near the pipe stack. I'm keeping this company on my "good list". Will definitely call them for future projects. Update: I used them again. Great service. They are my "go to."

I was having some plumbing issues with the bathroom in my apartment, this company took care of it quickly and skillfully! From their main office (Sharon) to the plumbers that came out (Jay & Ryan) 5 stars! Their team is professional, knowledgeable and courteous. I called them to repair a toilet that wasn’t flushing properly and they showed up next day. They resolved my issue and I would call them again should I have other plumbing needs. They aren’t cheap but when it comes to plumbing you want it done right!
