25% cancellation fee ..Scamming company
This company is a complete SCAM.
I accidentally purchased an item from this company and I contacted their support team to cancel the order and they tried to bribe me with $10 off the order if I wish to keep it.
Which I clearly refused because I already requested to cancel since it was order by accident.
I was than advised that there is a 25% cancellation fee of the item price which is completely insane being that the item did not even ship yet and on their return policy theirs a 15%restocking fee + they don’t return their excessively high $35 shipping cost which mean they are not willing to take any losses and just want to scam buyers out of their money one way or another.
The company really need revise their policies or make it clearly visible so that buyers are they will be losing money regardless once a purchase is made. This information was not easy to find on their site until the support agent provided the “terms and conditions”.
Terrible company, terrible policy, terrible service. This is very much a scam company. Save your time and money and purchase instead with StockX or GOAT at least they provide better service and are more flexible with their cancellations policy to actually create a positive customer experience and retain customer relationships.

I recently purchased a pair of Air Jordan 1 High Zoom Comfort 'Multi-Color' from Kicks Crew and paid £41.00 for shipping, which I assumed would cover all delivery expenses. However, I was later contacted by the shipping company and asked to pay an additional £66.37 for outstanding Duty and VAT.
I was really disappointed, as there was no clear indication on the website that there would be extra fees on top of the already high shipping cost.
The lack of transparency around the final cost has made me hesitate to order from Kicks Crew again. If you’re considering buying from them, be prepared for potentially steep, unexpected charges on top of the shipping fee at checkout.

Buyer Beware
We recieved our order earlier this week. Kickscrew legit sent worn dirty shoes. They refused a return and partial refund because the kickscrew tag was cut off.
Absolutely horrendous! Do not waste your time and $$$.
They claimed that the marks were oxidization and occur over time. Let's be clear, the black dirt marks from someone handling the shoes and not washing their hands prior is what the black marks are from. Not oxidization
Also, we have the Kickscrew a.k.a kickscrew you over, tag and included it in the photos sent.
But because the zip tie like material was cut, they are claiming they can not verify that these were the shoes I ordered. Disgusting customer service. DO NOT SPEND YOUR DOLLARS HERE!

Worst company in the world 0 refund I wish I could give it 0 stars I bought an All Blacks shirt, they didn't accept the order because it came from China and by UPS in Canada UPS charges a lot of money for delivery. Point 1 I didn't know the origin of where the item came from and what company they sent it to. I returned the item 18 days ago, they never returned the money, they promised me 4 times and 0 refund

Terrible Return Policy and Unfair Refunds – Avoid This Store
Never buy from this store! I purchased a pair of sneakers that didn’t fit, and when I returned them, I only received a $28 refund out of the $98 I paid. Their return policy is terrible!

How this company has 4 stars on Trustpilot is beyond me!!! I ordered an adidas originals Hvy Fil Dwn Jkt Long Stay Warm Detachable hooded down Jacket Black in XXL. I know that XXL in adidas products fits me well as I only ever buy adidas when it comes to leisure wear. When my coat reached the uk I was hit with an import tax bill of £81.92 before DHL would release it to me and I genuinely wish now that I’d not placed the order!!! The coat that arrived was absolutely massive and at least a 5XL in adidas sizing.
I contacted Kicks Crew customer service where I was asked to measure the coat and send photographic evidence of the measurements before they would discuss the matter further.
I did this and they have tried to come back telling me that the measurements of the garment are actually measurements of the person wearing the item and NOT the garment itself.
Although I have NEVER heard of this being a sizing method used by adidas I went back to the coat and even if my measurements were that of the coat, it would still be far too big!!!
I have now politely asked for a refund or an exchange which they have ignore and then declined!!!!
I don’t want anyone else to have to go through this experience, so PLEASE
DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!!

My experience with them is really bad, it felt like a total scam. Try to avoid them.
I ordered a pair of shoes from their website and paid the amount including the shipping fee(~40€ for the Netherlands which was acceptable). In total I prepaid ~216€.
Then, 2 days before the delivery, I receive an email stating that I had to pay extra ~90€ euros to clear customs because the shoes would come from Hong Kong! I responded that I would not pay extra since I already did pay shipping and that I wanted to cancel the order (I was still within the 14 days from the order, which is legit). Their response was that I would not received the shoes otherwise and that they couldn't cancel it now. They stated they would refund only partially, due to the fees incurred(?). After 2 months they refunded me with 16€! Outrageousand disgracefull! They are a total scam and customer support is non existing.

the company steals customers' money
I placed an order for shoes and paid 202 euros, of which 47 euros was shipping. After DHL informed me that the duty would be 140 euros (95% of the cost of the goods themselves), I refused the package and asked for a refund. Kicks Crew did not request a refund for 40 days, but after several emails from me, they finally requested a refund. When the package returned, the company representative informed me that they would not refund my money.

We have a cancellation policy in place, and a 15% cancellation fee is applied to the product subtotal in cases where an order is canceled after it has been processed.
Initial Shipping Fee: EUR 47
Non-refundable, as it covers the cost of processing and shipping the order to you.
Surcharges for Refusal of Shipment: HKD 249.96 = € 28.73
These charges are imposed by the courier company for return shipping costs, restocking fees, and other associated expenses.

Absolutely terrible service I ordered trainers on the 4th of August for them to arrive on the 11th of September. No knowledge of where the parcel is coming from at all they just have a small section on the website terms and conditions that tells you that you may incur duties tax which for a single pair of trainers to the uk was £105 for me. they charge you a shipping fee but no description there that there will almost definitely be a second much larger fee to come because they come from Tokyo. Ended up paying way over the odds for the trainers that were only slightly cheaper than other online stores, i would definitely suggest next time you see trainers on this site just purchase from somewhere else and youll save time and money in the long run with a quicker delivery and no additional taxes.

Even though I still haven't received my football boots (delivery takes forever), I'm extremely unhappy with this company. They are very sly and include hidden fees in their policies. For example, I paid almost $320 for a pair of boots and guess what? DHL just told me I must pay $120 Import Duty/Tax. So these boots are FORTY PERCENT MORE EXPENSIVE. Now the question is... Why order from them? For example, on the Goat website, the price WITH ALL FEES was $330 (including the boots' cost, delivery, and duty/tax). Never order from them. They have many fake reviews; otherwise, I don't understand why you would be happy with them. I'm also sure that the size won't fit me, and I'll rack my brains trying to return them. And here, I've already read their policy. I have to pay for shipping myself, and they also take either 10 or 15% of the cost of the boots IN ANY CASE. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!!!!

They charge 25% for a refund. It has not passed 24 hours. Get away of this abusive behaviour
I just made a purchase and had to make a cancellation and they said they want to take 25% of the purchase price, despite the fact I did the cancellation before 12 hours from my purchase! The purchase has not even been processed and they want to profit with this. This is the worst customer satisfaction and does not respect any cool-off period in online internet purchase. If this is not solved I will remit this so they cannot operate in the UK. This is so abusive!

VORSICHT FAKE Produkte und Abzocke bei Kicks Crew!
Der Versand meiner Schuhe erfolgte blitzschnell, obwohl die Schuhe aus dem Ausland angeliefert wurden. Dafür 5 Sterne.
Allerdings bemerkte ich bereits nach 1x tragen, dass sich der Kleber vorne am Schuh löste.
Nachdem ich Kicks Crew darauf über den Service kontaktiert hatte, erhielte ich die Rückmeldung, dass sie die Schuhe nicht stornieren können, da es sich ja um normalen Verschleiß handelt, wenn der Schuh nach 1x tragen kaputt gehen würde. Absolute Frechheit!
Als ich jedoch den Hersteller Adidas direkt kontaktiert habe, wurde mir dort mitgeteilt, dass ich höchstwahrscheinlich ein Fake Produkt erworben habe, da dieser Schuh gegenüber dem Original keine Naht am Stoff hat sondern anstelle dessen nur verklebt war. Ein Beispiel Foto hat es ebenfalls gezeigt. Somit nie nie wieder Kicks Crew.

Do not purchase from this website. Incorrect paperwork meant that I was charged another 50% in import taxes and customs. When I refused this unexpected charge I had £173 deducted from my refund by Kickscrew despite DHL confirming that there was no charge to return to origin. I was only refunded 45% of the total cost, which is an outrage. Correspondence with Kickscrew is condescending in tone and apparently providing a breakdown or evidence of charges is impossible due to confidentiality. They are keeping my money and tell me the case is closed. Charlatans.

No response from customer service, no update, weeks after placing an order.
I'm starting legal proceedings and submitting a fraud claim with my bank.
Next I will be submitting complaint with the better business bureau.
As a Cybersecurity professional I will put in the best of my effort to get this company of the US market and their website taken down, this is unacceptable in 2024.
