So just arrived here for our 9th wedding anniversary. Looking forward to the Jacuzzi bath to find none 😡😡😡 . Apparently there was a glitch on the system and this wasn't taken down from their site. The lovely tall dark and handsome Sarunas called to our room apologising profusely and moved us to the stunning Amelie Suite...the most luxurious romantic setting.

Not the best value for money.
Room and facilities quite basic. Absolutely no view from the windows, also showers with no curtains / dividers.
Seem to be understaffed, breakfast chaotic and very basic for what you pay. Bread pastries we over and no one seemed to even replace them.
To be avoided, only positive was that it was a one night stay

Stayed in The Heights hotel for 3 nights recently and had a fantastic time. Everything from check-in to departure was wonderful. Fantastic food, super staff and very comfortable rooms. A lovely 20 minute stroll into the town centre it has gorgeous views of Torc from front facing rooms. Special mention of Roxy on reception for being so helpful and Anthony in the bar for all the Chats and craic. We will definitely return for our next visit to Killarney!
