I have been using this company for years. They always drop off and collect on time. They have never ever cancelled on me. 100% recommend!!

From making the booking online to the day of delivery everything was completely seamless. The website gives you the option to check availability and then to book with a deposit plus add on additional items to your order. The bouncy castle I booked was the perfect size for the venue and it was delivered promptly at the agreed arrival time. The gentleman that arrived with the bouncy castle was very friendly and helpful and provided great service. I had ordered scramble bugs in addition to the bouncy castle with slide but there had been an issue with them the day prior so I was given an alternative which were the Didi cars and they were a big hit at the party. The items were also collected at the agreed time after the party had finished and overall it was a great experience. Would definitely book with Kingies Castle again and highly recommend them!

We have been using Kingies for a number of years and wouldn't ever consider using another company. Easy to book and great service. Our friends and family only use Kingies as well, which shows how reliable they are. Highly recommended!

They cancelled a friend's booking (17 August, SE4 postcode) less than 24 hours before the party day. Just awful. Be aware, their staffing is ropey and unreliable so you too may be a victim of their "terms and conditions" if you're unlucky, with all the stress that brings. Find any other alternative rather than relying on this unprofessional outfit.

We booked a bouncy castle for my son's birthday party months in advance. Kingies cancelled the booking the day before the party claiming staff shortages

Amazing service from Rich, lovely man dropped the bouncy castle off earlier then expected which helped me set up and then left the castle over night so the kids had extra time for no extra cost, Brilliant service and would recommend to everyone! Very reasonably prices as well.

Excellent service! They were very reliable and arrived exactly on time - were also very helpful and understanding regarding a difficult situation that arose. Great communication and quick set up/tidy up too! The bouncy castle itself was great and made the children so happy. I couldn’t be more impressed and will definitely recommend them and reuse again in future!

Kingsies castles were absolutely amazing. Their gladiator duel was a hit with the adults and kids at my husband's 40th birthday party in my garden. They accommodated in terms of delivery times to help me keep the garden party a surprise and also kindly rebooked the booking according to what was discussed on the phone as opposed to what I accidentally put down on the booking form. I had rented other garden party games from a rival company who were not as understanding. Kingsies have definitely got customers for life. Could not fault them from start to finish Thanks Rich :)
