An investigation should be conducted to this fraudulent business!!! I cannot believe they have been allowed to steal from people. After using them for an ***** purchase I had to cancel, total price was ******** that I paid- I was refunded $232.00 They said zero balance. The host from ***** so graciously took it upon herself to refund ****** I was not due for canceling after a certain date. Even after Klarna said I had zero amount due they kept the $300. ***** shows refund went to them. They dont show me having an additional refund. This is the WORST company and their customer service is just as bad. There is nobody to complain too no email address, no management. Stay Away!!! How bbb if they are accredited lets them do this to people is beyond me.

** began to make purchases through Klarna. I had several items that I purchased in separate orders. I paid some manually as at the time I did not know that Klarna had bundled several charges together. So not only did I pay the bundled charge amount of ******, I also manually paid ******. There were several small purchases as well that was bundled. I was informed I would not get a refund for the manual payments. This will cause an overdraft on my account.

Paid twice a month so that I could pay off the item but then they stated that I was late for payments. They placed a $7 late fee on the account. They agreed that I did pay and was not late but stated they could NOT remove the late fee because it was past the window of time to remove it. Needless to say I paid the loan off and will not be utilizing them again.

I used Karan for years, after the 3rd time theyve taken money without permission I deleted my account and my card details front my account. Today, I see that despite removing my card details, klarna has taken my money again. Im positive this constitutes as fraud. I reached out to customer service in seek of a refund, but was told that since there was no active orders, they couldnt help me. I informed them that this was my problem, I had no orders and had my money taken, they once again told me they couldnt help me. I asked to speak with a manager multiple times and the refused to put me through with a manager. I am unsure how I could continue to be charged by klarna when my account had been deleted along with my bank details, unless someone had taken down my account info. I am very disappointed that this is how theyve decided to treat a once very loyal customer and hope one day they face a major lawsuit.

The worst customer service I have ever had. DOESNT EVEN DESERVE 1 STAR No one can speak my language or give me a clear answer. they use a lot of words that mean absolutely nothing to confuse you into thinking they are actually doing something. I have paid an outstanding debt over 60 days ago and STILL Klarna has that my account is past ******* I have spent several hours of my own time reaching out to their customer service people and I am being sent in circles. Telling me to call back after a week, then 3 days, then another week now 2 weeks. It has been 60 days since payment, 30 days since Klarna reports True Accord (their collection agency) has reported it to them and I am told they still cannot update their system, that it just "takes time". I am sorry but what?? this is multiple billing cycles past, there is no reason for it. Everytime they tell me that they will "put a ticket in" to have a manager escalate the issue. I have since been told this 3 times and have had NO RESOLUTION. They are scammers!!! Worst experience ever!!

Don't purchase anything from them. They will show you what you are paying monthly then charge your card a whole different amount. They messed my account up. Then you have to wait to get your money back that they stole from you. I didn't authorize KLARNA to take additional money out of my account.

In the beginning, they were wonderful. Just like mustve **************. I got into some trouble with credit cards. But since it was always an auto draft, they got their money every single time but since my credit score kept Lowering & lowering., They brought my buying power from $1500 to zero!Terrible people, terrible company! Purchased 7 tickets through stubhub using Klarna. Paid $614. 5 of them were fake tickets. I contacted Klarna, spoke to 4 agents. The payment details states ************ were paid. Researched this site and on BBB it states this website is not accredited and is a fraudulent website. When I purchased tickets all websites looked okay, and the ************* was never shown anywhere. Just stubhub. Theyre not even doing anything about the fraud to help others. Told me to contact merchant to get a refund. This person hacked my email and bank account. Im afraid to even click on their website. I told the agent this and they said sorry. So KLARNA allows customers to purchase through fraudulent websites. BE CAREFUL and DO NOT trust Klarna!

***** refuses to refund after canceled event. I purchased tickets from ************ in April 2024.I paid using the ***** installment option. The event was canceled due to weather. Ticketmaster promptly refunded the event. ***** shows it was refunded to my account but are refusing to refund my money stating they do not have the capability to do so, though they had no problem taking the money from my account.I contacted ***** twice, both times being told it wasn't possible. The last email was from ******. When I asked her to escalate to her supervisor she told me she was the supervisor and was the last point of contact in regards to resolving this issue. So she owns Klarna? I filed a charge back with my bank and am forwarding all the emails as well as the account balance and ticketmaster email confirmation that the event was canceled and refunded. Do not use this scam company.

I made a payment to them almost ****** with my debit card which means they got paid immediately because of a glitch in there system they put a hold on another 200 and now I cannot get them to release my money or help me they have gung up on me 3 times now I am not rich that 200 was my gas and grocery money and they absolutely don't care..they flat out said no when I ask to speak to there boss 3 times

I purchased a one time card from Klarna for @trybotana. Once I received the product, I discovered it was fake. I returned the product and provided all information Klarna requested picture, correspondence and return receipt and I had until October 24, to do so. Klarna sent an email stating that I didnt respond to them and declined my refund. I have never had any issues with this App. Until now.

I ordered in ****** thru the Klarna Card, returned the items and up to now the two charges on my bank account as first payment and 2nd payment are not yet returned to my bank account. Called 4X and every customer service i need to repeat my story and never get a chance to resolve my issues. ****** returned the amount on the Klarna card, and Klarna won't return the money back to me. Only one of the 4 calls i made made an effort to help me, the rest are worst. Again, the money i earned was never return back to my bank account.

Hot garbage. I used to have buying power on this app and always made my payments on time, and suddenly one day when I logged into the app my buying power was reduced to zero. I made attempts to reach out to customer service but the only responses I got were from some poorly programmed AI bots that offered no options fir the problem.I wanted to address. No explanation on my buying power or anything. This company seems to lack transparency..

Klarna ***** they made me pay double money to a company that close down on Esty returned their merchandise and never received the refund but I just paid double today I only owe them $37.98 but they didnt believe me and I sent them all the proof now they have my Klarna all messed up they need to do better customers need to stop using them and they wont have no business at all nobody will have a job

I made a recent purchase from a company called **********. I used Klarna to purchase 2 automatic cat litter boxes., from Pet Relaxe. After getting a confirmation email from Pet Relaxe I waited a couple of days to track my product. I went to ********** site only to find out its not there. I sent an email to find out where my litter boxes were. No response. This is where Klarna comes in. With their buyer protection. I reach out to them. They place the case under investigation. A few weeks later they Klarna ask for all information including invoices and tracking information from Pet Relaxe of which I did. Including emails and other information about the company Pet Relaxe. A week later they shut the case down. Tell me to reach out to Pet Relaxe and continue making my payments on something I didnt get. From a company that no longer exists. Klarna knows this if they really did an investigation. They offer no buyer protection. Their claims are false that they do. And I would suggest not using them. Sincerely ****

Been dealing with them for 3 1/2 years right now and all of a sudden they became a scam. Filing a dispute because of their Klarna balance. Had issues with getting my bank card through because some how it would reject my card for purchases. So customer service told me to use my bank instead. That took a whole 8 days to clear with my bank even though my bank sent the money days before. My card still would not work after that so I seen the pay with balance. Me thinking the way the company works this would be if I order something with enough money in balance I could use this to pay in 4 with their partners. Oh this is not the case it seems as if Klarna is trying to play like they are you bank. This goes against what the app is suppose to be in the first place. Because they expect you to pay in full on items of their partners. I have been told so many stories by different people I don't even believe they understand what the app is about. As of today they have my money ******************** the balance and will not send it back to my bank. By the way I can send them money but if I try to use my card to purchase I still can't make one. So no matter what I can purchase and I cant get my money back. I have been told that my personal credit isn't good but I have over 1k purchase power and this was from a Escalation Specialist. If I wanted to pay in full I would just use my card to purchase from a store straight out not transfer my money to them just to do the same thing.

If I could do 0 stars, I would add none. I tried multiple times to purchase an event ticket via Klarna, and it kept saying there was an error and my payment couldnt be processed at this time. By the time I looked at my bank account, ********************** had deducted +$300 from my account and now it is pending in my bank account. I cant do anything about it and the payment never even processed. I had a few things I needed to purchase yesterday and today and I am negative ~$300 because they thought it smart to deduct from accounts even if there were errors on their end. **************** could do nothing but apologize repeatedly and advice me to contact my bank. Ive been working early-late this whole week and have been unable to sit on the phone for a long period of time trying to get this resolved. I am extremely upset.

The worst and I mean the worst customer service I have ever experienced in my entire life. They intentionally have siloed departments with offshore customer service associates with zero access to information that can help you resolve your issues. You cant speak to anyone that can help, nor chat with anyone that can help. Im still waiting on a refund where I was charged twice.

Horrible payment setup for refunds and returns. I canceled a order from ********** cause they couldn't fulfill the whole order and I used Klarna to pay for it and now they won't refund the money until they hear back from ******* after showing proof it was being refunded and said to for me to contact ******* and have them send info to Klarna so they can issue a refund back for what I paid and didn't get not one item and ******* now said there was a problem with sending back the payment and now have to wait 2 to 3 business days to hear back or call and see what is going on as I lose out on ***** dollars how ****** can a company get. Send me the money I paid to Klarna and Klarna waits to get their money back from the merchant not the customer wait on days to a month to get to back their money. Not a nice way of doing business and no one to call just email and chat on the app.
