Kohles & Bach have been semi-annually servicing my Lennox HVAC system ever since they installed it ~10 years ago. The service techs have always done a very commendable job of keeping my home cool in the summer and warm in the winter. The two times that it needed a minor repair, they fully explained the issue to my satisfaction and definitely did not even attempt to up-sell me on anything. I especially want to give props to Service Tech Sherrill James. Sherrill is a knowledgeable worker and an honest man. Kohles & Bach, if you are reading this, give the man a raise. Or at least buy him lunch. :)
