It was my cousin's birthday and I had to get a cake and flowers delivered the same day. As usual I tried FnP first but they were not providing any same day delivery. A Google search got me here and I don't think I am ever gonna order on FnP for Kolkata again 😅. I placed an order around noon and I reached out to them on WhatsApp. They very kindly informed me the cake will reach by 7 pm and it did! My sister loved the roses and the entire family msgd me to tell that cake ta fatafati hoyechhe! All in all, I am a happy customer 😁

I have ordered a cake yesterday in morning specifying the date, it got delivered after 9 PM after many many follow ups. Never buy from them, not sure if they stopped their business. On top the person I called at 6.30 PM was very angry that I did not mention timing. and they can even deliver at 11.59 PM. But there was no place to specify time during the order. Another most pathetic part there is no mention of weight of the cake. If 500 gm is INR 799, then it is extremely costly.
