Nicest, and most patient, dentists and receptionists, that ive ever met. Everyone was so kind and understanding. Plus they have this really cool slide in the waiting room that the kids loved to play on, even though the wait was super quick and overall the entire visit did not take that long.
As a special needs parent places like here are God sent. Had a great experience here at kool koala in Vineland. They were understanding and patient.

I had an appointment this morning with my six year old daughter. She had a tooth that has been giving her pain and it needed a crown. The dentist was willing to do the procedure the same day. I explained to the receptionist that I get paid Friday which is in two days and that they could get my card information to get it out that day. The receptionist said that they could only perform the procedure if I gave them half the amount that was due. The rest I could pay Friday. This sounded great but then again I could not get the money after checking with some family members. I had to reschedule and the next appointment is February 16, 2026. If someone cancels their appointment it is possible that I can come sooner. I fully understand the clinic and wanting to make sure that they would get paid. However, I still left feeling disappointed that my child was in pain and that nothing could be done for her. It is no secret that our economy is not good right now and I would guess that many others are struggling with making things work in one way or another. Somewhere along the lines I would just like for things to be different from what they are today. I suppose that there are people out there who would be trying to cheat the system. But I am not one of them. I just wanted my daughter to get her teeth fixed.
