I took my minime to the Willingboro office last week after it was highly recommended by her pediatrician’s office. From the moment we walked in, the atmosphere was very welcoming. The front desk staff greeted us with warm smiles & pleasant hello’s. When we went in the back, Dr. Kyle introduced himself & was very personable. He commended my daughter on the health of her teeth which made her feel so good to know she’s brushing very well. When it was time to checkout, the lady at the desk was very pleasant & explained our next steps. On the way out the door, the staff wished us happy holidays & told me to drive safe. I can’t say enough about this experience! I am thoroughly pleased & will be switching my teenage son to this practice as well. I took my special needs daughter here and after 4 different doctors..Dr. Kyle was able to check her he and his staff are amazing ,kind and caring. The time he took with us is so appreciated . I can not put in words how this visit has restored my faith that there are Doctors that care .Thank you all again for doing such a great job with a tough little girl.we will be back

This was an absolute amazing experience for my son. Dr. Movaghar made not only me but my sons feel at ease. He was super funny & truly knew what he was talking about. My son and I learned so much today from him. The whole staff was so amazing. We loved the doctor and staff so much that I immediately called back to get my daughter in as a new patient there and we will be back there tomorrow! Love knowing my kids feel safe and at ease going to the dentist! I will absolute be recommending this place to people ! 10/10 !!

3 Appointments at 8:00, out by 8:20. Dentist and hygienists were proficient and kind. All 3 kids enjoyed their time at the dentist.

Just awesome... This is a really nice office. The staff was nice and friendly. The dentist Dr. M is really great with the kids. He knows his stuff. I don't see me going anywhere else for a pediatric dentist, this place is the best.💯

Took my 4 year old daughter and we had an awesome experience. Dr. Movaghar is very kind and knowledgeable. He made my daughter feel very comfortable throughout her visit and answered all her and my questions. Office is clean and wall decorations are very pretty and eye catching. Entertainment is adequate for children and educational. Definitely, recommend Kool Koala.

I called this morning for a doctors note to return back to work, before I can confirm my email address she hung up on me ( in my head I’m thinking they have the correct email on file so I let it go). Two hours had gone past and I decided to call back Talia answered the phone I stated to her that I didn’t receive my doctors note. She stated WELL the email we have on file is wrong ( this all could’ve been Avoided if she would’ve confirm my email before hanging up on me. She said it wasn’t her and what’s my email ( rudely) yes I called her out her name because I’m not understanding what’s her problem before I get to say anything else she hung up. I called over 15 times no Answer. I decided to go up there when I walked through the doors she went to the back and never came back out. This situation put the icing on the cake for me. On top of the doctor cutting my child’s face and didn’t apologize as if it was something normal I’m completely done with this Willingboro location.

Dr. Movaghar was great with my child and extremely informative and caring.

This place is so cool! They gave me an awesome blue toothbrush and toothpaste, and they were really kind to give me a card with the place's address. It's so cool that I am going to keep the card in my room and guess what? It didn't hurt at all! The decorations are awesome, and they even have Ninja Turtles! Dr. Babak Movaghar is the best and the only dentist I've seen so far. This is my perspective as a nine year old kid, thank you.

Had an appointment with my son today. This place was very unprofessional. The front desk staff had her child with her at work and the whole time she kept telling her daughter to get underneath the desk and to shut up. When I was trying to ask her for help on the new patient paperwork. Then at checkout the manager who checked me out was talking to all her coworkers instead of giving me my sons paperwork and to where he had to get referred too. Very unprofessional staff. I thought the patients came first instead of talking about personal matters. Need better staff at this facility.

I absolutely love the layout of the office. When you come in there's beautiful art reminiscent of a jungle environment with beautiful foliage and animals. Along side the wall are touch screens with educational games children can play in addition to a tv. The wait was not long at all. I had 3 children seen within 1.5 hrs. The fact I was able to schedule them all together was amazing. I highly recommend this dental office.

Soooooo very happy to have switched to this dentist for my children. They leave with a better experience with all staff, especially with Dr. Movaghar. My experience with the front office staff is so much better than where we’ve been going for the past few years. So thankful to have peace of mind from start to finish! I Would recommend Kool Koala a million times over!
