Don’t use ClickList at this store if you want your order to be ready at the selected time. Every single time I use this store the app says ready, I show up, and they turn me away because it’s not ready. I can get my order from every single other Kroger with ClickList at my designated time spot.

Clean grocery store with good lighting, stocked shelves and okay prices. Our only human interaction was with the checkout attendant and it was friction free. They didnt seem to be out of anything that we looked for. Plenty of parking and relatively few carts in the lot.

This is one of their “fresh cut daily watermelons” These are rotten! They don’t seem to ever pull the old ones I’ve seen them putting new out but never taking old ones and this is what you get! Hope I don’t get sick, didn’t notice these till I ate the top layer! BUYER BEWARE!!

I mean, I knew that this particular Kroger‘s was going downhill in terms of service and prices, but I didn’t know it was going go $12 for a salad down the hill. Kroger, seriously. Do better. This is absolutely inappropriate and disrespectful to your customers.

If I am doing self checkout, then don't touch my stuff. If I wanted my things bagged poorly, I would go through and regular check out line. I know they are just trying to help, but ASK and don't just start doing it. Nothing like having a rebag everything because they just throw things in a bag. Still not asking before bagging my stuff at SELF checkout. Once again you don't teach them how to properly bad so then I have to go remove the meat from the produce and so on
