Excellent selection of dresses. The ladies that work here are all lovely and attentive. Came here with my 16yo daughter and she said they made her feel so at ease. She thought it'd be like the scene from pretty woman when they are snobish, but she was pleasantly surprised. Honestly love the morals and atmosphere of this boutique. Highly recommend

What an amazing experience at Krystalls! It's a lovely boutique, modern and welcoming and Kristy and her staff were so friendly, patient and encouraging. They have every style of dress imaginable and nothing was too much trouble. They work very hard to ensure that you find the dress of your dreams!

What a wonderful boutique, all the ladies where so welcoming and lovely, we wasn’t rushed with selecting the dresses. everything was explained to us, our ladies was so professional she made my daughter feel like she was the only one that mattered ….. absolutely fabulous We placed the order for the dress paid the deposit and within a week The most fabulous dress arrived completed the rest of the payment and took the dress home in a lovely dress bag with a beautiful name tag. I loved the experience from start to finish … all of the staff members were truly amazing the dresses are really amazing lovely you can tell they are really good material and not like other prom dresses they are really heavy and I love them so much Krystall is a really nice caring lady and none of the staff rush you and you get to take your time and try on so many dresses I can’t wait for the big day

We had such an amazing experience with Krystalls Boutique! The staff were absolutely fantastic! My daughter didn't know what she wanted when we arrived and they spent so much time making sure she found the perfect dress for prom! You get a one to one appointment with a consultant but as we arrived just before lunch we ended up with another 2! Will be back in 4 years for the next one 😂

I absolutely loved my dress from Krystalls and it was a real hit at my prom! The staff were incredibly helpful with choosing sizing and what styles would suit me. I also thought it was a lovely touch that in every changing room there was a little sanitary kit so you could feel fresh trying on the fabulous dresses.

Stress free and such welcoming people,, wide variety’s to choose from ,, the time given could have been extended by half an hour as things felt a little bit rushed but other than that everything was amazing and the dress felt perfect xx
