Lakshmi was an absolute saint for me this month. My taxes are very simple compared to other people with deeper pockets and investments, but I have a ton of detailed expenses from my business to organize, and I needed guidance on where to put them on my Schedule C. She was very personal and helpful by phone (and by email)…and on record short notice, we were able to get my situation resolved. After 1 year of review, I spoke with an IRS agent that said my return was prepared incorrectly. The accountant was off by $7,400 and I ended up owing a few thousand to the IRS. She also missed a $6000 payment i had made to the IRS that I had caught before sending off the paperwork. Absolute disaster to work with, not worried about deadlines, doesn’t doublecheck the work, etc. As much as I don’t like leaving bad reviews, I would hate someone else to go through the same experience.

Lakshmi has been doing my taxes for the past 3 years. She's always very professional, gives excellent advice and makes sure I am aware of everything she's doing in the process. The online document uploading system is also easy to use. Would highly recommend!
