Found out lake mortgage is closing down. The sleezebag owner Mike has been dishonest and didn't let me know. Now I have 4 mortgages that didn't get paid. Getting a lawyer. Just wanted to give everyone a heads up!! Thanks you jerk.

We had been with Lake Mortgage for more than 20 years, 3 homes. We loved this company, then out of the blue we were given 2 weeks notice that they sold our loan to another company. Very little info shared with us, and no reason as to why they sold it. And forced us with another company. We had our mortgages there because we liked having a person to talk to if needed, and they told us they never sell loans. This is no longer the case. Very disappointing.

Well, went to Lake thinking they wouldn’t sell my mortgage. I was wrong, they just did.

LAKE MORTGAGE LIES. I caution anyone looking for a mortgage. Nothing but lies I used to love this company but highly recommend you choose somewhere else for a mortgage buyer beware.
