I had a highly disappointing experience with this sales consultant RITA. Initially, she was very responsive and eager to assist when I inquired about purchasing a door. However, things quickly took a turn for the worse once the sale was made. The consultant was irresponsible and unresponsive when issues arose. For example, they took incorrect measurements, which led to delays and an incorrect fit. When the installation date had to be postponed due to their mistakes, I had a hard time getting any communication or updates. After the installation, I noticed that my wall paint had been scraped off, and once again, the consultant was nowhere to be found. She was dismissive and offered no support to address the damage or rectify the situation. It's clear they are only focused on making the sale and couldn't care less about the after-sales service or resolving issues. I expected much better, especially given the price I paid. I would not recommend this consultant name RITA if you're looking for professionalism or reliable service after the sale. Or be prepared to see ‘hihi my admin reach u soon!’ Super irresponsible!

had a very DISAPPOINTING experience with this company for a door installation service that I feel compelled to share. During their initial visit, the door measurement was taken incorrectly. I even reminded the sales consultant RITA about this issue, and requested them to double check. But it all seemed to fall on deaf ears, as nothing was done to rectify it. On the day of installation, they discovered the wrong measurement had been used, door was not able to fit in and be installed, As a result, the installation had to be postponed, causing significant inconvenience, leading to further delays and frustration. Instead of addressing the situation promptly, the sales consultant RITA remained unresponsive and failed to provide any real solutions or accountability. The lack of professionalism and poor communication from the sales team made for a very unsatisfactory experience. I expected professionalism and timely service, but instead, the only reply I’m getting was ‘hihi so sorry my admin will contact you’. I cannot recommend this service based on my experience.

TLDR - Virtually *uncontactable* after-sales. - Workers are *overworked* with packed schedules and hence always late. - Do *not* trust the sponsored influencers / positive reviews. - I lived without a toilet door for more than a month! Long story: - Superbly fast in confirmation of order and asking for full payment by salesperson called *May. - SLOW and IRRESPONSIBLE in after-sales service. - During door removal cum installation, the toilet wall tiles fell (Laminate door attributed it to our lousy wall tiles). - Only more than 1 week later, we finally got a reply from Laminate door saying they will send someone down to assess the damaged wall. - They set a date to come down to assess the wall from 630-730pm. The person did not turn up until way later after 730pm. He fixed the defect on another door, but did not do anything about the wall. - Laminate door then sent another person down. He offered to “glue” back the tiles. Obviously a dangerous option. We rejected and asked for partial refund instead. He said he will check with his boss. No reply since then. - We decided to just fix the wall with our own ID. We then set a date for Laminate door to come down to install the door at 6pm. 615pm - not here 645pm - still uncontactable 720pm - finally arrive Workers say schedule is PACKED. May has been very helpful and replied all my questions promptly. She was patient and assisted with the quotations when I had to make changes. I was shopping around for a door supplier and the other one that I shortlisted didn’t provide as good a service as May did. Her service help sway me to use Laminate Door.
