Rip off company..
They advertise 4 springs for sale with pics and description all showing 4 springs then send out 1.
I rang them up and they said its our mistake you need to buy the other 3.
An option to send it back if I had a printer which I dont to print off a lable so in a nut shell very bad customer service and most expensive on internet I recommend you stay well clear of this one.

We are sorry to hear that you were disappointed with your recent purchase and you did not receive what you were expecting. There are 4 springs in a set on the roller box and each spring is sold separately which is described within the product description.
We appreciate all customer feedback and we have already made alterations to our website to try and make this clearer. Our customer service team have arranged an alternative method of collecting the spring as you advised that this was not convenient.

We have a small local gardening business not too far away from Templecombe and the service at Landpower Machinery was absolutely brilliant. We bought a Husqvarna 130 chain saw on a Saturday morning for a job on a Bank holiday Monday (couldn't get one delivered in time on line being a bank holiday!) as ours had packed up. It is brilliant and thank you for the excellent customer service from all of the people that helped. Would recommend this friendly & professional company to anyone.

Bought a lawnmower which I decided I didn't like (no fault with the purchase or the machine) - the team at Landpower Machinery were really helpful and quick in sorting a fair solution despite the fact that I'd used the lawnmower and discarded the packaging it came in. Top notch service.

They sold a balfor sawbench and log splitter and it's not 2years old balfor don't want to know my problem and land power have washed their hands of it I am left with a broken sawbench and no business do not buy off ebay ebay is where traders can get rid of their rubbish with no come back I need 2 chainsaws and another sawbench and log splitter but won't be from land power the way I have been treated is disgusting treatment
