Got things moving that weren't happening before getting the help I needed. I'm very grateful for the help and advice I received.

Was able to get a same day appointment. Dr Maggie was lovely and addressed all my issues. Very efficient.

Brilliant staff Collette is really helpful whenever you ring couldn't ask for better.

My experience here at langworthy medical practice is excellent from the lovely receptionist who are so understanding and kind and to the doctor has been amazing thank you all

I had a great experience… colette on reception is lovely,kind,caring and a great help. You never come away feeling like you haven't got what you need. I highly recommend reception to get you the medical help you need.

Having been referred to Dr Morgan by Dr McPhillips I was a bit wary as Dr McPhillips is a lovely, caring dr. But I needn’t have worried as Dr Morgan is equally as good. He’s easy to speak to, listens and is also very caring. He explains everything and takes his time. I have a lot of faith in him. He an excellent addition to the practice. The receptionist I spoke to on 13 August at about 5.30 was also polite, courteous and very helpful. Keep up the good work

The lovely doctor I met I had never seen before she had an air about her she made me feel at ease straight away lovely caring attitude she just made me feel so at ease which I feel is best quality in a doctor and she made me feel that like that thank for taking me feel so at ease Doctor

I had an oesophagectomy (operation for oesophageal cancer) In January 2024. The practice contacted me to inform me that they have a specialist service for cancer patients to coordinate contacts with the various NHS agencies that patients need to access such as GP, chemist, hospital, district nurse, dietitian, etc. The specialist contact is Barbara (sorry, don’t know her surname), and she has been brilliant for me. Dealing with the various agencies can be a minefield, particularly when not feeling up to facing the rigours of tracking down the correct contact point. She has always been available to help (as has her colleague Debbie if Barbara has been on holiday) and is both extremely efficient but also sympathetic which are qualities you need when you’re struggling with pain issues &/or the multiplicity of obscure problems that can arise which you have no experience of dealing with. So I commend the practice generally for setting up the system but would specifically like to thank Barbara (& Debbie) for making it work in practice - she made my journey through the NHS minefield much more manageable and accessible.

The first call I made today was answered very promptly by Colette she was very polite and sufficient She is a credit to the team and hope she gets all the credit she deserves I know how difficult it can sometimes being in this role as I do a simular role in the hospital And I understand that all patients are not always polite and can be quite difficult sometimes getting quite rude but It was a pleasure speaking to Colette and the medical centre are extremely lucky to have her on the team

I recently had an appointment with Ms Jo Johnson. This was the first time we had met and I found her to be friendly, attentive and very professional. I was particularly impressed with her taking of a blood sample, which was carried out to the highest possible standard.
