replied so quickly! was at my home within an hour. the technicians were so kind and helpful. very professional and skilled- they fixed it in basically 5 minutes!! And totally reasonable pricing

Not happy at all. Wrong outlet installed. Charged for time going to the store which should have taken 10 minutes but took 45 minutes. Way overpriced. Took advantage of the situation.

Do not use this person for any generator maintanance. He charged us $575 to service our generator, plus upcharged us on the filters, oil filter and oil change for a total of $790. We were told that this is industry standards. I received 2 other quotes for $500 and $400 same service, and did the right thing by paying him $500 for his service. He then threatened that he would put a lien on my house for the balance. This guy lives in Florida, and gets guys to come under his name to do the work that you ask him to do. Find someone else!

the only people like this one that give bad reviews are those that are trying not to meet there obligations. the result is that they have been and will be served a lien and a defamation lawsuit

Buyer beware Called them to get my lights back on was charged $960 told it would be temporarily fixed and my lights would stay on, but I would need to upgrade my system. They deposited the check the same day and right after my light went out again. Called them to let them know the work he did to get my lights back on didn't work. Dude says, "I told you it was a temporary fix." Don't wait for your money they did nothing for me but TOOK $960 from me. The absolute worst!

I have no recollection of this, but the way we would handle that is we would repair the temporary connection and advise that this could continually occur unit they make the permanent correction
