I had the pleasure of working with Ann. I purchased around the holidays and although the communication has been a tad sporadic, it's within reason due to the busy time of year. I can tell that Ann is working VERY hard on my work order. She does the best she can and seems to work all hours and even on her days off to communicate with me. I'm very happy to have Ann as my sales person. I think the pricing is fair and I love how their diamond selection is curated.
I've worked with Fabrizio in the past (picking engagement and wedding rings) and this time he was as helpful as ever! He was able to get me the item I needed ahead of schedule and it was a simple matter of picking it up. For a process that could be stressful, Valerie made it stress- free and you could tell that she really cared.

I decided to propose the following weekend when my girlfriend was coming to visit me in Brooklyn - I had graduated in the spring and moved out of Boston for a job. I asked ChatGPT where to get a ring, and Lauren B was one of the jewelers that came up.
I reached out and got in contact with Mike Jamgotchian, who not only had the ring ready for me in time to propose within the week, but built it custom according to my request of stones and band material, helping me make it extra special for her. He absolutely cooked with a nice blue case to present it in too - I was almost going to use a LED one from Amazon, but very happy I trusted Mr. Mike's judgement.
Furthermore, he guessed her ring size correctly over the phone! Either way he said he'd resize it for free if it was too big for her finger. He set me up right with getting insurance on it after she said yes. Mr. Mike is a real one, set me up right. Hundo P would recommend.

Typically I like to just do things on line and avoid dealing with people, but I was having a hard time finding exactly what I wanted. After reading and searching reviews (like this one) Fabrizio seemed to stand out as being genuinely helpful. Turns out the reviews (like mine) were true. He is really good at his job, no pressure just very helpful and knowledgable and really wants to make sure you get what you want and are happy with it. I also don't take the time to write many of these so when I do its because the experience was above and beyond my expectations. If you're looking for jewelry or something different / out of the ordinary give Fabrizio a call.
Our experience with Kimberly was outstanding! We originally came to LaurenB already married but wanted to change the setting in an heirloom ring as well as purchase a new diamond and have it set. Over the course of a year, Kimberly made the process as seamless as possible and was patient, thorough, and knowledgeable as we worked from out of state. Everything turned out more beautiful than we could have ever imagined! The new diamond we had set is absolutely stunning!
