The hotel and casino are clean and well maintained. The staff is friendly and helpful. If you enjoy gambling and take part in any of the local players clubs programs this casino is not for you. Within about 1.5 hrs you can enjoy a better players incentive program with either Odawa or Little River. In 2024 LSC have redone their free play which is finally aligned with other casinos but their promotions are lacking and not nearly as good as other casinos like Little River or Bay Mills. Honestly Bay Mills is probably the best but also around 3 hrs north but free beer and also free swag like hoodies and coats.

This is a chill, clean, out of the way casino that I tend to have decent luck at. My only gripe with it is the one security guard with the messed up teeth and man bun is a piece of work but other than that the staff is friendly and helpful and i would recommend it if your in the area.

The staff was AMAZING but we expected much more from the hotel. Most importantly for you to know before you go is it is NOT connected to the casino. There is a shuttle bus to take you to and from but for me not the most convenient thing to do. Its not far but I am all about convenience. The rooms are outdated but clean. We were told they are going to be doing a full renovation this winter so I am sure that will be nice when they are done.
