Legacy were recommended to me by a friend, and this was one of the best referrals ever. From start to finish the service and communication is outstanding. The little catch up videos, the cards with pictures of the jewellery pre work and after completion, the email updates. You are always involved in the process and made to feel special. For those of you thinking about working with Legacy, just realise you are going to work with an outstanding team who from design to delivery will exceed your expectations. As Tina Turner would say.... Simply the best!

I have already recommended Legacy to numerous people. I had a ring created from 5 generations on my maternal side. It was very personal process and ALL the team at Legacy join you in that. From Sarah's initial call I knew I was in safe hands. There was plenty of time to clarify design and adapt ideas. After the final design was confirmed there were little surprises along the way to keep you up to date and informed as to where my ring was in the process. Collecting the ring was a joyous moment - there were tears! I now get to wear a ring from 5 family members. It's really special and I love it! Thank you to ALL at Legacy.

My Mum died 17 years ago & her engagement ring has been sitting in my jewellery box ever since. I'm not sure what prompted me to looking into the possibility of finding a way to resize the ring - let alone transform it- but I found myself browsing on the Internet!! I stumbled upon the Legacy Jewellery website & it caught my eye on what a unique opportunity this would be to make a new ring for me and for me to pass on as well. A long overdue review! Last year in the Summer 2023 I asked Legacy Jewellery to create an engagement ring, that was made from other sentimental jewellery. I can confidently say that they went above and beyond! Thank you very much, it was an absolute pleasure. 5/5!

After all my family jewellery was heartbreakingly stolen in a house burglary, my aunt very kindly gifted me a beautiful amethyst and diamond brooch. It was stunning but I hardly wore it. I stumbled across this company on Instagram and then went along to one of their discovery days. I had full confidence in them immediately and knew they could fulfil my brief of a flamboyant ring – but they have honestly surpassed my expectations. From my initial meeting, to the design process and progress updates the customer service has been absolutely exquisite. They clearly care about their customers, respect the pieces and put love into their designs. It shows in every interaction and the incredible craftsmanship. I adore my new showstopper ring; a true legacy piece and something I will be able to leave as an heirloom to my daughter, who also loves it!

Although difficult circumstances led me to finding Legacy Jewellery the compassion and empathy they showed me made it such a positive experience. I immediately felt at ease and as though they cared about it as much as I did and importantly went at my pace. The design utilised my precious family jewels and I added in a diamond so that it was multi generational. It was tweaked until it was something spectacularly beautiful, ensuring I was completely happy with it. I will treasure it forever and wear every day. I can easily recommend them. The little additional touches and details were very much appreciated.

My mum passed away five years ago and left me her wedding ring, my Gran’s and Great Grans wedding rings. I also had an emerald and diamond ring my dad gave to my mum, and a silver christening napkin ring that belonged to my husband. I was reluctant to wear the rings as the where becoming thin and a little delicate, so I decided to have them remodelled into one ring so that I could wear them altogether. I attended a Legacy Jewellery event in Leeds, where I was introduced to Sarah. I knew how I wanted the ring to look, however I felt anxious and nervous about leaving such sentimental jewellery with strangers, however with Sarah’s guidance and understanding, I felt confident I’d made the right decision. Sarah was totally on board with my design and was able to recommend a few changes, until we came up with a design I was happy with. During the 8 week wait, Gill kept me up to date with the remodelling. When it arrived I was so relieved and thrilled. It’s so beautiful, more than I had ever imagined, Legacy have respectfully followed my design and given me a ring that encapsulates part of my families history. It will be cherished for generations to come, so a huge thank you to the Legacy Jewellery team.

A delight from start to finish. My great grandmother’s brooch and wedding ring recreated into a beautiful ring. All the staff are lovely and very patient. I couldn’t be more satisfied with the service and end result. Thank you.

From the very first phone call I made to Legacy jewellers and spoke to the lovely Vanessa down to receiving my exquisite legacy ring I just cannot praise these ladies and Legacy the company enough. The most wonderful of experiences from start to finish. I visited them in Harrogate and had the most special of treatments with Vanessa and Gill and then from there I received regular updates via email and whats app videos. I just can't put into words on how beautiful and unique my ring is. The Packaging was just stunning too ! Cannot rate the Legacy Team and their ethos enough. Will definitely be contacting them again in the future :)

If like me you have jewellery you don’t wear then look no further than legacy. I had a diamond pendant and matching earrings that were just laying in a drawer so contacted Legacy about repurposing them into a ring - which I knew I would wear. The experience was phenomenal. The staff are amazing. You are kept informed every step of the way. The choices they presented me with were amazing and the end result was WOW!!! My Mum really liked jewellery so when she passed I inherited her collection. Her rings are all too big for me and a little 'of the day' so when I saw Legacy Jewellery were holding an event in Harrogate I booked a place. From the moment I met the staff I knew that I could trust them. We talked about what I like and don't like and from that we discussed various designs. Once I felt the design was right they started to create a new ring and kept me informed of progress on a weekly basis. I went to collect my ring and the service was second to none. I now have a beautiful ring which I can wear and carry the memories of Mum around with me. From beginning to end this was the most wonderful experience. After losing a loved one and being unable to wear their treasured jewellery, it’s heart-breaking to see it sat there, unused, unloved, gathering dust sat in a drawer. I had some jewellery left to me from my grandmother. Some of it was very old and some didn’t fit me so when I heard about Legacy Jewellery I thought this would be a great way to bring all the pieces together for a more modern piece. My experience with legacy was amazing from start to finish. When I met the team, they made my experience very personable and were very interested in knowing the history behind all the jewellery and why it meant so much to me. We discussed ideas and the type of jewellery I liked. Shortly after my visit I was presented with three design ideas. They were all so beautiful, and to be honest I struggled to pick my favourite. I eventually settled on one of the designs. Before making the decision on redesigning the jewellery, I used to have it hidden away in a drawer but since receiving my new Legacy ring, I have worn it every day. Every time I look at it, it brings back fond memories of my grandmother and it makes me feel close to her. I am proud to show it off, I absolutely love it, thank you Legacy.

Although slightly nervous right up till I received my ring about using a company I'd found online for something so valuable, I wholeheartedly recommend Legacy Jewellery. Their communication was excellent and the finished article is more than I hoped. Originally I just wanted to get a piece of jewellery made from all my old bits and pieces sitting in the back of my jewellery box. But what I now have is an amalgamation of my Mother's and Grandmother's engagement and wedding rings set in a modern design which I love. Didn't really realise the significance till the ring took shape and was finally delivered, now taking pride of place on my finger.
