Disappointing. I've just paid this compang a £100 call out fee for nothing. Depsite having explained the issue and the access on the phone and being assured it was an issue that could be fixed, before booking the appointment, the plumber who came took one look at the job and said it wasn't good enough access. Not only that, but he was rude, patronising and dismissive.
He couldn't take my money and get out fast enough.
UPDATE - thanks Shaun for your offer to rectify the situation. You were recommended by neighbours so I'm sure this is a one off. I've actually had a different plumber come in and fix the leak today.
