We went on the hike and raft building activities with Life Changing activities as part of our work wellness get away, and it was such good fun! The walk was the perfect length and the views were amazing, and the raft building was hilarious. Everyone really enjoyed the whole thing and Nathan was a great guide.

We had so much fun on this activity! From start to finish, we felt completely safe and in the hands of true professionals who helped keep any nerves at bay. The experience was so invigorating and full of laughs, I would do it again in a heartbeat! This is a must do for anyone looking for a mix of excitement and fun. I’d highly recommend it, 100%!

I booked Gorge scrambling with 8 friends this weekend and it was absolutely fantastic. The scenery was incredible and the activities were fun and exhilarating in equal measure! Rich and Nathan were knowledgeable and calm and we had a fantastic day splashing around the water and throwing ourselves off bridges. Can’t wait for the next time!! Thanks guys!

Had a great day for my daughter’s birthday. Nathan was great with the children. They had a fabulous day abseiling and gorge walking. Nathan was extremely professional and knew exactly what to say to keep nerves calm on first abseil! Girls loved it! We will definitely do again next year!

Thanks Nathan & team for a providing a great days adventure abseiling and gorge walking for our Scout Group. Professional, fun and accommodating to all our ability levels - really grateful for the experience thanks. It was the highlight of the week for us and looking forwards to next time!

Loads of fun, my work colleagues and I had a great time adventuring up the river with Nathan and Bev. Our group spanned a range of individual experience from keen novices to experienced climbers and mountaineers, all were challenged and well supported with their individual needs. We found their guidance gave us the confidence to push ourselves whilst always feeling safe under their expertise in this environment.

Had a fantastic trip with Life Changing Activities on the Clydach Gorge walk on a weekend away with friends. We were a party of seven ranging from adventurous primary school kids to teens and parents and we all got a great kick out of it. Nathan made the trip a lot of fun, with games and challenges along the way. The pub meal at the end (which Nathan arranged) was a great way to finish up and get warm again. Looking forward to coming back for another trip.

We were a group of 8. Two families ranging from age 9 to 49 years. We had an amazing day out and Nathan was very supportive, safe and encouraging. We were suitably challenged whilst not being forced to do anything we weren’t comfortable with. What a beautiful location too. A wonderful, bonding experience together and great memories made. I would thoroughly recommend it as an adventurous day out!

Went on the gorge scrambling and abseiling in Clydach gorge. Nathan and Colin were fantastic and made it such a good day for all 18 of us! The guys loved every minute of it. And Nathan made the organisation of it so easy. Would definitely do it all again!!

I did this with my two sisters and my Dad for my Dad's 60th birthday. We did the abseil over the viaduct and the gorge walk. It was freezing, being in March, but we had the best time. I was expecting it to be fairly easy and not very challenging but our instructor, Nathan, made sure we had the experience we wanted ouf of it. It was challenging, thrilling and ultimately extremely fun. Highly recommend this for anyone looking for something out of the ordinary and a bit of adventure!

We had such a great day with Nathan and Colin abseiling and gorge walking in Clydach. A big challenge for our group of 12 but everyone pushed themselves and really enjoyed the experience. Brilliant instructors - friendly, professional and inspiring, and beautiful location! Highly recommend!

Great weekend on a stag do. Super guides and a fun day out - everyone had a memorable day (including the nervous abseilers...)

Me and my family did abseiling and gorge walking and had the most amazing time. Nathan was a brilliant leader and encouraged us all to do as much as we wanted to. We all left feeling such a sense of achievement and a few achy muscles!

My friend and I booked a gorge walk along with some climbing with Nathan and I have to say… this was the most fun excursion I have ever been on in my life!! I’m unfit and lazy but I love nature and adventures and this was an adventure! It was an entire day which I wasn’t necessarily expecting, just thought it would be a few hours. It was only my friend and I on our trek with Nathan and it was really nice that we had a private group. We started with abseiling down a 70m rock face. I admit I chickened out of that, however we then did some bouldering which I enjoyed more. Then for the gorge trek! We were in the river, under waterfalls, climbing in and out of the gorge, slip-sliding on rocks and falling in the water at times which was funny. I managed to do it and wasn’t winded the whole time (I was definitely winded on the initial climb for abseiling!!). I also have Reynauds but this wasn’t affected by the cold water which I was glad about. Luckily it was an amazing, hot day (although humid) and so the refreshing water was quite welcome! Nathan provided us wetsuits, water shoes and helmets for the trek so we didn’t have to buy our own. He was friendly and clearly loved his job. We had a genuinely fantastic time on our private trek. Be prepared for a big laugh when squeezing into your wetsuits. I felt harped up like a beluga whale but it was so worth it in the end! I may not say that when I see the pictures… lmao :-D Nathan, thank you so much for our super fun day! We would love to come back whenever we are in the area again and would highly recommend this excursion for couples, families and groups of friends. You won’t regret it!!
