,patient and courteous. My wheelchair requirements are complex and he took the time to address them. Despite being there at the end of a working day Connor and the other staff were happy to help. I would give many more stars to Simon if I could

My sister-in-law recently received excellent service from Lifestyle & Mobility in Welwyn Garden City. Simon went above and beyond to help her with various wheelchair issues - what a helpful, patient, hard-working and knowledgeable man he proved himself to be. I would give him 10 stars if I could!

Visited this branch on a day out to Southend with family for the day and thought we would find the shop as my husband wanted to change his mobility scooter, met with Kim who was advising on various scooters which would suit his disability and she was very knowledgeable and helpful in helping him choose his scooter. He purchased a scooter from this store which was delivered on 4th September 2024 very happy with the whole service and would recommend to family and friends.

Arrived less than an hour before they closed but wasn’t made to feel rushed or anything which was good. We were helped by a member of staff and I tested an electric wheelchair- though the prices do seem more expensive than what you can get online, but who knows with pricing structuring why that is.
Was even given a suggestion we had never heard of before which is an attachment to your existing chair which turns a regular wheelchair into a motorised one!
Although we didn’t get one, we left with more information and having had a test run!

I have had the pleasure to once again interact and be advised and supported by lifestyle and mobility, Tim and the staff at southend were especially kind and patient. I needed to buy a walker for my mum, and some support equipment. I didnt really know what to get or what I really needed. I explained my dilemma, and straight away the team at southend really helped by explaining things to me and my mum! Making us feel comfortable and valued, we did end up buying some equipment and a walker! We are very happy with our purchases, and recommend the whole team at southend.
