Amazing service. Was given updates and support by Maddison daily in regards to account set up and connection.
I had issues with setting up my router and extender but called their support team and they talked me through step by step with patience. Great to deal with.

Loving my Lightwire internet, was on Spark but when after years of halfway reasonable service they dropped down to near dialup speed and wouldn't do anything about I went to a company Lightwire that does supply hight speed service and seems to care about their customers.. Thanks guys.

I am glad I went with a rural internet, I have being recouping from an operation so have been streaming online television, I was a bit concerned for when the bill came in and I was very pleased on the price.

I hooked up with Lightwire over the phone after having trouble with online registration. Madison was amazing to deal with! Her customer service is second to none. Within 10 minutes, I was up and running (already had a Lightwire router wired in at my new home). Absolutely thrilled to be a customer!

Something has changed at Light wire recently where the speed is deteriorating rapidly. Either they have too many customers for their infrastructure, or changes have been made that affect performance. Keep getting extremely slow speeds(less than 1mbps) and it is occurring with regularity. The help desk tries to help and it works for a brief period but within a day or two the buffering starts again. Star link is looking inviting as I work from home and can’t even check emails or have windows teams meetings.
UPDATE: Internet has been working perfectly for last few months. Lightwire had redeemed itself for us.

Lightwire is a reliable company.
We were complete novices when moving into rural country. Normal services are very hard to get when not living in a city. No services provided from the big tele companies in the rural landscape. I was a bit sceptical about Lightwire's wireless service. I should have bitten my tongue.... It's fantastic. Dealing with technical support, sales, installers or receiving updates you just notice that these people just care about what they do and who they represent. When there is a problem just call them and they are there to help you to fine tune your receiver or speed up your data. And now with the extender we have seamless internet connection 24/7 all around our property. Before we left the big city, we experienced fibre for a good 6 month, it was disappointing. Lightwire is a complete 3 levels up experience, goodbye fibre forever.
