It's rare these days to find a business as responsive and reliable as Lincs WiFi Solutions Ltd. I followed the business on Facebook for a while prior to making contact and from that very first contact I was impressed. Jason is responsive to messages, does what he says he's going to do, turns up when he says he will be there and explains exactly what he recommends and why. Absolutely first class service from Jason at Lincs Wi-Fi Solutions. We were struggling with our home Wi-Fi and didn’t know where to turn. Jason came along, looked at our set up and explained, in language that we could understand, what the problem was. In less than an hour he’d sorted us out with a mesh system, and even helped put our tv back on the wall because we we were struggling with that too! An excellent all round service.

Had a WiFi extension kit added some time ago and was very pleased that service was extended to the rear of the garden. Had a problem a few days ago with a tv dropping WiFi connection but everything else was working OK on the WiFi . Tried everything but nothing worked. Contacted Lincs WiFi and it was solved very quickly and remotely. Wish all customer care was this good. Thank you

Great customer service, very friendly and offered lots of advice.
He moved Virgin hub into the hall nearer the phone, ready to connect, and by doing this has also improved WiFi though out the house.

We live in a stone and brick house with very poor WIFI signal in most rooms. I had tried various extenders for years without much success. We now have a new mesh system which is giving us a good signal throughout. Jason came and surveyed the set-up and recommended the new system which he installed and checked out. He was very professional and helpful and made sure that all was working properly. I would recommend him without hesitation.
