This is one of my favorite restaurants in the city. The best place to eat here is at the chef’s counter so you can see the chefs making all of the delicious food. Chef Sergio is very friendly and attentive, and he always remembers me and my husband when we eat at the counter.
We like to start dinner with one of their creative cocktails, and we get some of their anticuchos, the skewered meat dishes, and some other small plates. The beef heart anticuchos are delicious. This place also does ceviche like no other, and they always have a fresh, new take on ceviche with the flavors and preparations of the dish. Their main dishes are always delicious, whether it’s the lomo saltado or a roasted fish dish. They have a great selection of wine as well, and the wines pair beautifully with the food. And their desserts are creative and delicious. We’ve come here for brunch, too, and the brunch dishes are hearty, unique, and delicious.

I used to love this place. One of their main plates, the lomo saltado $98 has so little meat now, it was at most 6 small pieces of meat, way less than a steak. Somr pieces were chewy. The rest was just carbs.

Has fallen off significantly. Primarily food quality. Feels like they have sacrificed quality of food and increased prices for the sake margin.
I’ve been here about 6 times for reference

My wife is from Lima, so when we say fantastic experience, it says something. Great Peruvian fusion food.

Restive Peruvian cuisine served up in an airy and modern atmosphere within Williamsburg. The service is just as good as everyone says!
We came in around 5:45 on a Friday night and were able to snag seats at the bar. The lead bartender was incredibly friendly and helpful giving us his thoughts on our order and suggestions. We were super pleased with our order and ended up adding dessert even though we were full! Highly recommend!

Came in with a group of 6. Made to make a reservation a decent time in advance. Been wanting to try this place out since we moved here! It’s everything beyond what we thought and more. Every single dish we had was so delicious. The interior aesthetic is very calming and neutral. Definitely want to come back for the brunch

El lugar muy bueno en general.... pero el lomo saltado que pedimos era demasiado salado.

Food is good but it’s so expensive you leave spending $300on a dinner for 2 ppl and still hungry after.

An upmarket restaurant in Williamsburg serving Peruvian cuisine. The staff is helpful. There are a few vegetarian options besides the meat and fish dishes. The wine list is good along with spirits, cocktails and beer. The restaurant is popular so if you are visiting after 7 pm do make a reservation.
We had lamb sausages and beet salad with goat cheese and a Peruvian lagar.

I have been many times since they opened but was very disappointed the last time - the portion sizes make no sense - its ok I get it, its NY prices. But I went with a group of 5 girls many of whom barely ate, and only two of us had 1 cocktail. paid more than 120 usd each and left hungry. Lomo saltado was 100usd! Decided not to order it. Especially when peruvian food is also about generosity of servings, this place left me feeling ripped off which isnt a good feeling. We found ourselves splitting some snow pea skewer like little Timmy and his family in that old christmas cartoon movie. I wont come back unfortunately
