This has been the repair shop I've been using for three years now, I haven't had any issues with the quality of the service or the staff. I pass by a lot of othe repair shops to get to this one, and I will continue to go there. It's hard to beat good service and smiling faces.

I am always hesitant when I need computer repairs because I worry about random tech stores trying to upsell me due to my lack of technical knowledge. Working with these guys could be further from that situation. They understood I was on a budget and did everything they could to resolve my issues while being cost-efficient. They took the time to explain the situation in a language I could understand and presented several cost options that would keep me working, even if it wasn't a permanent solution. Thank you, especially to John, who completed the repair, and thank you to the rest of the staff. Well done guys!

I went in today because I accidentally pulled a wire out while changing the battery in my Alienware laptop. Dude with the beard explained that it was just for the exterior leds. He got it up and running again. I highly recommend this company!
