Love’s provided us with the most incredible service from start to finish.
Nothing is too much trouble and everything carried out by Love’s is done with the upmost care, respect and kindness.
Everyone at Love’s made a difficult time that bit easier and I will be forever grateful for how well they looked after my Mom.

We would like to thank Stuart and all at Love's for the care and love shown at Brendan's funeral last week, 13th March. The arrangements were perfect and we are very appreciative of their kind attention to all of us.

The care and compassion they showed to the whole family was exemplary. Nothing was too much trouble, the way we were able to personalise the service, the tributes that they helped us to arrange went above and beyond.
The care and attention they showed our loved one was of the highest respect to them, the small touches showed their caring nature. The service on the day was one of calmness, respect and dignity , there was no rushing the family or the people who came to pay their respects.
The communication across the whole family via WhatsApp was a real testimony to their inclusion of us all who were spread across several continents.

My darling husband passed away on the evening of 4th Feb this year. The only name I knew to contact was the co-op funeral directors in Stafford.

It's the 28th Feb now, and they still HAVEN'T returned my call.

HOWEVER, I did contact Stuart at Loves Independent Funeral Services. Primrose Cottage, Mill Street, Stafford.

OMG. I was invited down to Primrose Cottage. My great friend Luisa came with me.

We were met by Stuart and his dad and the dog! We were given a cuppa, and we sat in the salon and discussed exactly what Ron had wanted.

We had both chose a direct cremation, but, I wanted a room where people could come and have a brew and then when they were ready, they could go into the chapel and say goodbye to my darling man.

As Stuart explained, this wasn't the 'norm' for a direct cremation. I explained that I knew this, but it was what both Ron and I both wanted.

Stuart arranged a 'viewing day' for Ron in the chapel. With us using the salon room to have a cuppa and talk to the many people who came.

Neither Ron nor I believe in wakes. To have this time with our friends was wonderful.

Stuart greeted everyone personally. And he kept his eye on me all afternoon, in case I found it all too much.

I have never met such wonderful, caring people.

Nothing is too much trouble.

My Ron was cremated this morning.

I will be visiting Stuart shortly to arrange my 'ending'.

Knowing what I know now. I wouldn't trust anyone else.

I can't thank Loves's funeral directors enough for all their support and compassion they gave us when my mum passed away. They were there every step of the way, guiding us through , always there to listen or talk things through, helping us to plan everything so well. My mums funeral was beautiful and everyone said how lovely they all were and how beautifully and respectfully they did everything. They did the catering for us too and put on a lovely spread. They looked after everyone so well at the funeral and the wake. Thank you so much, Stuart Susan and all the staff

From the day my mum passed away 19th January she couldn’t be in better hands at LOVEs independent funeral services they were compassionate, supportive and most of all they had dignity and respect. As a family we struggled not having time to grieve due to work commitments as a nurse and a deputy manager myself in a nursing home but the day of my mum’s funeral l cried my eyes out at the hearse when it arrived and stuart did a little service before leaving for the crem it was perfect. Nothing was out of place the day it’s self was emotional but with LOVES independent funeral services it was the most passionate and my mum would have been proud of what we did. Thank you LOVES for everything you did from all of Edith Edwards family ❤️

Love's was recommended to us - and from the 1st visit we totally understood why. We felt welcomed, supported and cared about from the outset. Stuart and his team were great at listening carefully to our hopes for the funeral. We wanted to make it an intimate, personalised celebration of Mum's life which would mean a lot to our guests. Love's were very flexible in assisting us in creating a very special event, contributing ideas and solutions. They worked hard to ensure we got what we wanted and were very efficient in doing what they promised, usually before it was due. We had our service in a lovely room at their premises, which we decorated with Mum’s artwork and mementos of her and used her favourite music pieces. Love's also suggested a fabulous, sensitive and caring celebrant who conducted our service and read our eulogy perfectly. We then had a buffet meal for our guests at their premises too, with great food and a friendly, relaxed atmosphere. We would highly recommend Love's, who conduct a wide-range of funeral types tailored to meet everyone's needs. We will always use Love's from now on... including, in due time, for ourselves!

We have felt very highly cared for by Stuart and his family, who do their utmost to ensure everything runs smoothly during what is one of the most difficult circumstances life will throw at you. We have been extremely impressed by the service they helped us put together for our dad.

Communication has been exemplary throughout, every detail is gone through with care, all questions are answered sensitively, and they are completely reachable at all times as and when needed. Even if it is your first time navigating this difficult process, you will not feel alone or unsupported.

We were also very impressed with Rachael, our celebrant, (as recommended to us by Stuart), who was the perfect fit for us and conducted the service beyond our expectations.

We would also like to thank Sarah, the florist, who worked alongside Stuart to put together a beautiful bespoke floral piece matching our request perfectly.

Stuart and his team are the most compassionate and caring people you will come across; it is their level of care, attention to detail, and value of service that means we would recommend them every time.

From start to finish 'Loves' were exemplary. The compassion and care that was shown to us was sincere and professional throughout.
Stuart and the entire team guided our family through what is otherwise a difficult time.
The services they offer are carried out to tailor suit your every need.
