I've been meaning to go to Lulu's for so long and I'm so glad I finally did! I went on a Tuesday when they have trivia and we had so much fun. They got a new chef, Chef Dan, so the menu is even better than ever! The ambiance is perfect for a bar-esque night and especially great for trivia! They have a big drink menu too with lots of cocktails. The service was good, especially because it wasn't too busy when I went. We got a ton of food: duck poutine, candied pork belly, ribs with sides, sirloin steak, chicken & waffles, chimichanga, salmon, and chicken & potatoes! There's a ton here but our favorites were the duck poutine, pork belly, steak, and the salmon. My top 2: poutine and pork belly. The poutine was packed with flavor from the duck and gravy. Pork belly was candied so well and still tender. I didn't love the chicken dishes though as they were a bit dry. Overall, I had a great time and would definitely go again!

Affordable I look to Lulus whenever I need a dress for an event. They have some really good options right now! We have two fancier events coming up this month and an evening wedding in December. I was able to find very affordable dresses for these. I do recommend reading the reviews first. Their sizing can really differ depending on the dress. Also, if you download the app you can get additional discounts. Or, if you buy off the website, they offer Afterpay.

I've ordered two times from ****** and should have learned to stay away after the first order. They're a good site to get items from if you're SURE you're keeping them, and ok with getting sub-par items that will disintegrate in the wash. If you're returning anything, they will dock your returns randomly, partial credit only or no credit at all. Their returns team is hard to work with. Every other fashion company seems to know how to deal with returned items but ****'s wants the customer to pay for them regardless of shipping them back. I totally understand a restock fee but the weird game that they play where they give a partial return or only store credit even though the item is in new condition still, is so icky. It took me two times to learn this ******* hope others learn more quickly and avoid ******.

Cute dresses with nice quality I love all the dresses that I bought from lulus. I bought a white dress and wore it on my wedding day and got a lot of compliments. The price is good and the material is really nice. I also got some dresses on clearance with great price and they are super cute and great for date nights. I would highly recommend lulus.

Love! I needed a dress for a black tie wedding and my first thought was to look at lulus! They have so many dress options and are really affordable. They also are delivered quickly and have been easy to return when I want to order options to try. This dress received so many compliments, was unique and comfortable!!

I purchased 2 of the same dresses in different sizes. Neither fit, so I never wore them or removed the tags. I promptly returned them both. I received a refund for only one of the dresses. The other, they claimed was defective and gave me an online credit. This feels very scammy. There was absolutely nothing wrong with that dress except it didn't fit. I can shop pretty much ANYWHERE I'd like to and I will NEVER purchase anything from this place again. And I will be sure to tell everyone I know to beware.

I come here all the time with my partner who works in the area. We've encountered their brunch and their lunch/dinner menu and we have never been disappointed by the food or the service. The atmosphere here is very laid back--you can come in just for food, just for drinks, or maybe a bit of both! They have a superb draft selection and I was a fan of their Salted Caramel Spiked Iced Coffee that I had for brunch and it paired really well with the scrambled eggs I had. For their prices, their portions match. I don't think I've ever had such well-seasoned breakfast potatoes anywhere else, since most other places don't season them at all! I'm a huge fan of their lunch menu and their burgers; probably some of the best burgers I've ever had. The servers are so kind here. We recently stopped in on a Sunday morning for brunch and though it was a little busy, each staff member had the energy to talk and joke around with us.

Used to be great... Now horrible! Lulus used to be great and easy to buy from. I've literally been buying from them for 7 years now... however, my most recent experiences have been enough to make me never want to buy from there again. First of all, 90% of their items are CHEAP quality and are priced highly expensive. And it's only gotten worse over the years. Most of their casual clothing alone is priced between $50 - $90. Casual clothing! I'm talking about literally a tee shirt you can find at Target for $15. Two expensive dresses I bought from them, one was casual and one was formal; both of them ripped and fell apart on the first wear. You think you're getting good quality items based on the price, but you're not. I've seriously bought better quality clothing off of Amazon before. But, the thing that has recently turned me against them is their ridiculous return policy. First of all. Lulus sizing is constantly off. It's never been consistent for as long as I've been ordering from them. But, I am also someone who is in-between sizes. So I usually have to purchase an item in different sizes to see which one fits better. Which means that I end up returning the sizes that don't fit. However, Lulus now has a policy where if you return over a certain amount of money/certain amount of your orders within 6 months to a year, they will put your account on a "modified return policy". They are also supposed to warn you and inform you if they're going to do this to your account. They did NOT warn me, nor did they inform me that they did this to my account. I only found out that my account was placed on this policy because when I tried to return an item, it told me I could only receive store credit for it and that my account is also subject to being blocked from ordering from them anymore. When I complained about this, they told me that it should've been clear upon checkout, and that I should have seen it there. But nope! I checked out like I always have and everything was exactly as it always is. So let me see if I understand this correctly... they price all their items at unreasonably high amounts, their sizing inconsistently varies, and yet they expect you to get your size correct and expect you to like everything you order or else your account gets penalized for returning items back too much. How is this fair to people who fluctuate in sizing and are not always consistent in clothing? Do they expect all of their customers to look like the models on their website? Do they expect people to like how every single thing looks on them? Maybe if the items were actually worth their prices, people wouldn't have to return so much. I mean really... who wants to pay hundreds of dollars for clothing that's not even gonna last long? It's just very unfair. This is an ONLINE clothing store. It's not like customers can just come in and try on clothes to see if they fit. I have never experienced a store (online or an in-person) that has a policy like that. People should be able to purchase and return as much as they want without getting penalized. They clearly implemented this policy because they just care about how much money they're losing from returns. Oh and one more thing. They recently started charging restocking fees on every return. Most retail stores only charge restocking fees if you return an item that's damaged or has visibly been worn. Well now at Lulus, even if the tags are intact and it hasn't been worn or even opened, they will still charge you a restocking fee. And yes, I confirmed that with a customer service rep. She said it's a new fee that they are charging on any returns. Like really... Anything else y'all want to do to prevent customers from getting their money back? I will no longer be purchasing from here. I can't continue to buy from a place that doesn't value their customers. No customer should ever be penalized for needing to return items that don't fit them or that they don't like. I have loved Lulus for a very long time but, they have completely lost my loyalty. Time for me to find a new and better place to shop. I hope this helps to warn other customers.

Was recently super pleasantly surprised when came here for a work dinner. The app I tried was fire- calamari with a spicy sweet sauce that was addicting. Then I got the chicken and waffles. Came with 2 cute waffles, delicious fried chicken, and sauces. There was enough for another meal there (I don't eat a lot of meat at one time). Also got a refreshing mocktail, after I saw how good a colleague's mocktail looked. The staff was super welcoming and understanding of our large group (patient with all the orders, staggered arrivals, request for to-go order). They were kind enough to take a group photo too, which we super appreciated!

What an experience. Went in for a brunch, got sat right next to the bathroom and got promptly forgotten. Had to flag down a server to get utensils or any refills on water. Food arrived super late. After we checked with two servers that food wasn't there yet, got told it would be a few minutes. Took over 20 minutes after that for food to come. Food was mediocre at best (overcooked eggs Benedict) and inedible at worst (burnt, but turned over French toast). To be fair, they did take the burnt toast off the bill, but would have preferred to have gotten an edible dish and paid for it. I remember the old Lulu's where service was prompt and pleasant, with delicious food. Really wonder where they went wrong. Won't be coming here again.

I'm 44 years old. I've never not left a tip at a restaurant and I fight with my husband on it. The service and complete disinterest in providing anything like service at this place was so egregious it is the first time in my life I have walked out, threw cash on the table to cover drinks and given up on ever getting a meal. The reviews made us think this was a cool place to grab a meal. Was there for an hour and twenty minutes. Had two beers I had to grab from the bar myself because the waitress apparently couldn't be bothered. I chose this place cause of yelp so I feel the need to warn others. 2 stars for a good beer list and hopefully to get you to read. Would leave zero if I could.

Pretty products It’s my second shoes pair that I bought from lulus, both are not true to the size. The shipping is really quick 2-3 days my package was at my door. The quality is good and they are so pretty and shining.

Overall great! We sat on the back patio, which was really nice, and the service was great. It was pretty quiet while we were there. They had a great selection of sour beers. I have food allergies and my server was able to easily answer all my questions, and my allergies were noted on my receipt, which I always appreciate. The burrata was very yummy!

The service was so slow we almost had to ask for our food to go. The wait staff just didn't seem to care we were there. I ordered the "McMuff" and it had house made sausage on it. I was thinking it was going to be breakfast sausage but it was actually chorizo texture and flavors. I will say, the breakfast potatoes were amazing!
