I see Joanne for RF treatments-in my 50s and purchased a package and received all the skin care including a wonderful mineral-based spf while receiving the treatments—they are like an hour-long, warm, relaxing facial massage. The technology is shown to improve the skin on the surface and plump the collagen below the skin-so I am giving it a try! Joanne shows excellent attention to detail, and personalized the treatments to my concerns, and I always depart feeling more relaxed and happy.

Today went by very well for me and I hope to come back again

I just had my 5th visit and notice a huge difference in my skin and neck area. From day 1 when Joann and I discussed my skin concerns, she then went over the treatment plan using non-invasive radio frequency treatment skin tightening and products which would be best for me. My treatment plan is derived using the latest technique and equipment from La Spezia, Italy. Each visit I attend, Joann explains my treatment (neck, face and décolleté area), makes me feel relaxed and comfortable. She even noticed when I wasn’t drinking enough water! So this tells me she pays attention to my skin. Thank you Joann. Luna Allure also has a wonderful team and amazing products to use at home. Thank you Luna Allure Stone Oak Spa.

I love my session with Cristina . From the beginning she was very thoroughly with my skin . She was very explanatory on how everything works. The session was very intense . At the end I feel the difference on my face. There’s no doubt that i will get results that I want for my wedding. The staff is very, nice from the beginning to the end and there’s no pressure . I want to say thank you to Callen for helping and explaining appointment and finally meeting you in person. I really appreciate you and your staff up thank you.

Unfortunately 😔 my experience with them was not great they didn't live up to their word. they said they would not charge my card until my services was scheduled and completed . I never received a call to confirm I never received a text to confirm.and they charged my bank and when I proceeded to call them that I did not receive any service from them why did they charge my bank and I did not want their service they refused to put my money back. Saying the 4 products I got last month which I paid for , were worth a lot of money and I told her I paid my services I paid $306 + $159.00 for one treatment for first time.which they gave me my product and they said that if I come the second time I would receive another bag of products with my treatment which I did not receive. Cuz I never went back for the treatment and I don't plan on it 😡 The lady I spoke with on the phone said she could not put the money back I said I have not received any services this month I want my money back please put my money back they refused. Please do not go to Luna Allure . The gadget that they use on your face burns the face so bad it's a hot little round metal they run around your face in circles. Not worth the money . Not to mention they charged a card which I told them not to and now it put me short on certain payments .They don't care , ladies they're ripping you off it's not worth the money instead go to a professional cosmetologist or a dermatologist. I only received one facial from them I paid $54.13 to secure the facial then they charged $102.83 for four bottles of production $306.00 + the following month that they charge my card $306.70 I didn't receive any services from them and they refuse to give me my money back in total they took $770.36 for a one-time service. 😡😡😡
