Found this place because of the good reviews so am also leaving one so others can too. Spoke with Nelson on a Saturday and he was so helpful - came in the next day and he helped plug my boyfriend’s tire even though it’s not what they usually work on. Customer service is usually lacking in Miami and lots of car shops just want to scam you for your money but not here. We will definitely be coming back if we need any work done and recommending to anyone who needs car repairs. Thank you!

Hey man I found Nelson online and gave him a call on a Sunday . I told him my back bumper came off and needed fixing, he told me come in at 10:15. I dropped off my car and went to church at 12:00 pm I was back in my bmw and on the road.

This was my first experience with a body shop job and it couldn't have been better. A thousand thanks to Nelson and Benito for the patience they had with me in explaining all the options and work that my car would require. Thank you for taking the time to clarify each of my doubts in relation to the work we would do. The final result exceeded all my expectations!!! From the very beginning, Nelson treated me with the utmost courtesy and hospitality, as if were a lifelong relative. I contacted him earlier in the week and arrived at around 8:00 am today and within a few minutes, his staff detached rocker panel and began working on it. He did not merely assure me of quality service but delivered it in a timely manner. In less than five hours, his staff restored my damaged rocker panel to former brand-new, perfectly painted shine. The photos included in this review speak for themselves. Thank you, gentlemen for your professionalism and exceptional work; you exceeded my expectations by a significant margin.

I brought my car in for repair on December 30, right in the middle of the holiday season. The car had a damaged door from an impact, as well as a damaged side trim. Nelson, the owner, treated me like family and left my car looking brand new! His team worked tirelessly during the holidays to ensure that my family and I didn’t have to cancel our small vacation to Orlando. I’m sharing pictures of how the car turned out. I highly recommend them, not only for their professionalism but also for their exceptional service towards women. I never felt like they were trying to overcharge me, as is sometimes the case in other places. Thank you, Nelson, for your outstanding service!

Did some work for me last minute - installed the wing for me and it looks PERFECT. they went the extra mile and put all of the screws down which went the extra mile. Super nice and professional. Done same day and I drove out of here in style.
