First impressions are huge. First sight was a beautiful office space that was orderly and immaculately clean. I was then promptly and very professionally greeted with a smile. The staff was friendly and on top of it. (No personal conversations or playing on phones ignoring the customer.) The equipment was some pretty cool stuff, new tech. I dont think I have ever met a Dr. that was so informative, genuine, courteous and very knowledgeable. Nobody likes going to the eye doc or the dentist but I am glad I went here today. I absolutely felt welcome, comfortable and taken care of. Highly recommended office.

Excellent service

I have been getting my annual exams with Dr Lymer for 4 years. I'm a diabetic and the doc briefs me on my eye health during my appointment. I'm very happy with the Lymer team and their customer service and care

Lymer Vision has been such a great experience. I've literally paid out of pocket to have my vision needs met here, with my progressive prescription lens, Oakley framed glasses. Dr. Lymer is kind, empathetic and great professional who has consistently demonstrated an authentic appreciation for me choosing Lymer Vision. After a past cattle call like service experience with a bigger chain Vision office in Colorado Springs (due to a change in vision insurance through work), I concluded that I wanted to come back to Lymer Vision because of the caliber of care I've received from Dr. Lymer, and Ivanka who helped me choose my lens and frame options in the past. Fortunately, next year my vision insurance will change and Lymer Vision will be In-Network. I will be making it a point to bring my family here for their annual vision exam because for me, it's more than just the lens and frames, it's also the experience and care you receive .Thank you to Dr. Lymer, Ivanka and Lymer staff. So if you're in need of Vision care, I recommend you take a 'LOOK" :) at Lymer Vision. I wasn't paid to write this, I simply appreciate and value great customer experiences, so I decided to share in the hope others may experience it too.

We love this office. My family and I go here and have been for about 2 years.

It was time for my yearly eye exam. I received a reminder email and, on the weekend after hours, I decided to reply and leave a message inquiring about available appointments - to my surprise I received an immediate response with multiple options. I have moved to Aurora but still make the drive over an hour to keep Dr Lymer for my eye care. On this appointment he adjusted my contact prescription and even though my eyes are aging - I can still get an amazing correction. I am so thankful for his expertise! His staff is friendly and welcoming. This time I had a new employee Cass who was able to get retina images which I’ve always struggled with that machine! It’s a pleasant experience from the moment you are welcomed until you say goodbye. I recommend Dr Lymer to everyone. I used to live in Illinois and went to the Wheaton eye clinic. I was always so stressed out as a girl. The puff of air, the dilation, and when fitted for contacts, I got so anxious the first time with the process that I fainted in the office! So going to the eye dr always was something I dreaded. But every experience with Dr Lymer and his gentle and kind personality along with his excellent skill in getting me to see the very best has removed that fear of going to the eye dr! At one point in my life I skipped 10 years because of my fears. Even if I were ever to move away, I would fly to COS just to keep him as my eye dr. He is just that good! I’d give him 1,000 stars if google would let me.
