We stayed in Panselinos Studios for 4 nights and received a very warm welcome from Evienia, the host. She gave us lots of local tips and once invited us to have breakfast together during which we had a great conversation. Evienia speaks perfect English, Italian and some other languages besides Greek so the communication was easy. Several dogs and cats live there - and they are very well brought up, super friendly to the guests and to each other so we loved petting them. Especially our favourite dog Leila.
The studios are located on a hill - reachable by car - and are surrounded by olive trees. The apartment itself is in a vibrant and colourful style with Cretan and Italian decor elements. We found everything we needed there and also loved having meals on our big terrace. Very cosy!
Many thanks for the stay, and if we come back to Crete, we will definitely visit Panselinos Studios again.

I've been looking a spacious separate place on the sea side. Surrounded by olive trees and filled up by beautiful interior Eugenia's place build up to host people, who do not agree to less. It is a very special place. If you reading this lines hesitating whether go or not, please stop. You should go!
Un accueil chaleureux d'Eugenia qui partage avec plaisir ses bonnes adresses. Elle organise parfois des événements ; un brunch avec cuisine maison quand nous y étions, on a bien aimé. L'appartement est parfait et bien équipé. L'air climatisé est disponible avec un léger supplément. Nous y avons eu recours une seule nuit, particulièrement chaude, car il y a un bon courant d'air quand on ouvre les fenêtres. Terrasse privée à l'avant et à l'arrière, si on veut du soleil ou de l'ombre. Magnifiques coucher et lever du soleil. Très bien situé pour rayonner dans l'ouest, au coeur d'une oliveraie. Nous avons adoré notre séjour !

Nous avons passé plus de 2 mois dans un des studios de Evienia et sa famille. C'est un lieu propice à tellement de choses, comme: Prendre de la hauteur et créer (art, écriture, musique etc), participer à d'éventuels workshops organisés durant l'année ici, gouter à la vie locale (miel, oeufs, olives, la cusine d'Evienia est magique). Nous ressourcer en marchant entre les oliviers avec vue splendide sur la mer. Elle donne également des cours de grecque, ce qui permet de s'immerger un peu plus dans les lieux. Elle a des chiens et des chats qui ne manqueront pas de vous tenir compagnie.
On a adoré son accueille, sa générosité, sa cuisine, son enthousiasme à faire de ce lieu un lieu de rencontres, de possibles et de douceur pour l'âme. MERCI! On vous conseille vivement de venir découvrir ce paradis!
Sono stato nell’appartamento di Eugenia 6 anni fa con mio padre e mio fratello, e sono rimasto così incantato che quando ho deciso di tornare a Creta quest’anno non potevo non tornare proprio ai Panselinos Studios :) immersi nella calma più totale, perfetto per rilassarsi e sentirsi a casa anche in vacanza.
Eugenia è una host fantastica, disponibile a darti i migliori consigli su spiagge, ristoranti, eventi nella zona, e dove vedere i tramonti più belli dell’isola!!

Eugenia is a very special host, warm, friendly and caring. She'll be the higlight of your trip and you'll feel very taken care of. She speaks fluent English, Italian and Greek, so communication is easy.
The place is up a hill and tucked away in olive gardens and few minutes of driving from the main road. A car is definitely needed here, but you'll have a quiet, peaceful space just for yourself. And a wonderful view of Crete and the sea.
The house is very nice. Built in Cretan style, but decorated with Italian inspirations. It's beautiful to look at and very cozy. It might not have the luxuries of a five star hotel due to its rural realities, but it makes up for it in charm.
Four dogs, large and small, run freely on the property. They are extremelly nice and friendly. Our kids loved them and they became the stars of the holiday for them. They wanted to "play with the doggies" right after waking up and until late at night.
Eugenia can also prepare you breakfast (delicious) or dinner for an additional fee.
Overall, we loved our stay here and hope to return 🥰
We stayed at Eugenia's place for a couple of weeks at the end of July. What a stay, one of the best we've ever experienced with AirBnB!
First of all, this is not just a place to sleep, it will be an integral part of your holiday. The terrace studio has a rustic yet modern feel and has everything you might need; just having breakfast or dinner surrounded by stunning views, 360, is an experience in itself. You can see the olive trees that surround the house and the sea in the distance, incredible sunsets and a sky full of stars at night. We even spent a few afternoons just reading, relaxing and sunbathing there.
The area is an oasis of peace but Chania is within reach; if you need anything there's supermarkets in the nearby town, Tavronitis. Chania in itself is a city full of history, life, little streets to explore and excellent restaurants or cocktail bars to try out.
Eugenia is the definition of a perfect host, warm and attentive, she was always available for a good recommendation, a chat or anything we needed but always gave us space and privacy. Her presence gave a lot of character to the whole experience. She invited us for breakfast and it was interesting hearing a little bit about her life. We would highly recommend Eugenia's place for an unforgettable holiday in beautiful Crete!
