Charles was great to work with during the process. His workers did an excellent job in tearing down my existing front steps and rebuilding! The concrete work was flawless!
Charles even had the mail box and address placard attached to the wall!
Over all, the finished product is fantastic.

Was in need of a subfloor due to severe termite damage. internet search I located Magnum Home Services. Fingers crossed I utilize their services and I was not disappointed. Punctual, professional, polite and explained the job to be performed. The job was completed in a timely manner as promised and the worked area was cleaned once the job was completed. Sent Charles a text with concept and photos of a car port we wanted to install asking for an estimate. Though we never ended up meeting or even talking on the phone Charles took the time to explain to me the full scope of the project, including challenges in getting county permits and costs in general. In doing so, he probably realized we would not move forward on this project. He lost the opportunity for a job. However, Magnum gained lifelong supporters. We will definitely call Magnum for any project within their basket of offerings and refer friends and family to them. Thanks Charles!

This was an excellent company to work with on my house project. The owner was extremely responsive and came out to my house for the free quote on the day I requested it. He was so easy to communicate with about details and timing of the project. His team was professional, created a great product, worked really hard all day outside in high heat, cleaned up every spec of dirt and were so friendly to talk with. Definitely 5/5 stars!
